Feb 05,2025Wife purchased a sheet as a gift for me. Only wanted to exchange the sheet for a mat but they haven't responded to numerous emails, VMs, etc. Advice would be to swerve this lot based on our experience and all other reviews.

Jan 17,2025If I could leave 0 stars I would. They never reply to email inquires to cancel orders. Sent 7 emails. No reply on any of them. Product was overpriced. And customer service phone number doesn’t work. 0 stars. I don’t recommend doing business with them. Ever.

Dec 21,2024Placed an order about a week ago. They already charged my credit card with $170. Shipping status is „ready to ship“ since a week and nothing changed yet since. Sent an email with estimated shipping date ?! Haven’t heard anything back yet. Guess I got scammed again !

Dec 13,2024Well I see Zen life likes to post on here that all these reviews are " fake news" I assure you I am a legit customer and these reviews have been spot on , It all sounds great until they have your credit card number , I even paid extra for expedited shipping and insurance , I did receive confirmation of my order but when emailed and called for tracking info I received a message on the phone and no reply to my emails. Makes me regret chosing them over all the other available sources for grounding sheets .

Nov 27,2024Sheets didn't work (I tested with a multimeter). They refused to take them back, kept ignoring me until I initiated a chargeback but even then they say they won't take them back because the package was opened!

Oct 29,2024I have not got my item till now. It was ordered on 10/10/2024. The only correspondence I got from them so far is the receipt. I have emailed them 3 times with no response. Yet they sent me an email to review their product. I am awaiting their response to their so called review I did before taking a legal step.

Oct 08,2024They have taken my money 7 days ago , still waiting for a tracking number , emailed several times only to receive 2 automated responses, tried call but no one picks up! Then conveniently you get a text saying sorry we missed ur call how can we help!! Pure scammers they have probably gone bust as there’s zero customer service!! Also one of my emails was a cancellation I don’t want the product as I’ve read a couple of poor reviews…. So now I gotta wait 30 days so I can get my money back! Love how zen life trying to come across all smart and funny…. I know the truth….. apparently they have refunded my money their end! Let’s see if my money is back in my account quicker than the 7 days it took them to finally respond back to me! My review is not for zen life groundwork but zen life grounding!!
