Oct 09,2023Their shared hosting services are worst. Their entire server was corrupted and they only realised it after several back and forth communication over 8 days. Till then, they kept saying (in rude manner) that my shared hosting account just didn't exist and I don't have purchased any services from them. I then have to share my purchase invoices with some other screenshots as proof of my purchase. After all that, they just told me that they can't recover any data and shared new hosting login details which didn't work either.

Feb 27,2023Very poor service. No customer care is available on weekends. I paid for a domain registration on Saturday and they didn't book the domain. When I called a person told me that we do not work on weekends. I called them 5 times then now they are saying they are going to refund the amount.
