Nov 26,2024I purchased 6 plates from Zoco to the UK - they all arrived smashed and I was charged a £70 customs fee on top of the payment I had made for the items and postage. They were all smashed because they were placed loosely in a massive box with one sheet of bubble wrap around each plate. They arrived as rubble. Zoco agreed promptly to replace all 6 and sent them out, a little better wrapped this time with some more bubble wrap and a bit of polystyrene on top but 2 of the 6 were still smashed when they arrived. This is not because of handling during shipping, it's because Zoco placed ceramics in a box with plenty of space to rattle around rather than securing them or placing them in a smaller box and sent them off across the world. I had to pay another customs fee of £70. I asked them if I could return the 4 plates as I wanted a set of 6 - I was ignored. I asked them to send out 2 more but with a guarantee to cover customs fees if more were incurred - they declined. I asked for a refund of the 2 plates and one of the two customs fees that I had been charged - they declined. They are now refunding 2 of the 6 plates. I will have paid €276 for 4 plates. I cannot afford this and the plates are certainly not worth it!! I really think an €85 refund for the second customs fee would have been appropriate as it was Zoco's inadequate packaging that led to my needing a second overseas delivery/customs fee when it should have arrived perfectly the first time, and would have with another company. The staff were very responsive but useless in their responses, ignoring most of what I said and responding with their protocols rather than on a case by case basis.

Jul 25,2024I ordered a Binga wall basket of a certain pattern as advertised and sent a completely different pattern . i contacted the company and they just said all baskets are handmade.I sent a photo of the one ordered and the one I was sent. The women just said they are all individual, guessing not the pictures you order from .Bait and Switch.

Apr 25,2024From the second I walked into this gorgeous furniture store, I was not only surrounded by beautiful home furnishings and accessories, but also the most lovely staff. They made my whole experience so immensely enjoyable. They gave me time, ideas without being pushy and most of all they listened to what I was looking for before they advised.. that’s so important! I now of course want to transform my home and restyle it with all their beautiful products! Even down to the salt on my dining table! Their Tomato, Parmesan and Basil salt is now a staple in my pantry! Thank you Zoco Home, Prudence and her team.. I’ll be back!!!

Apr 25,2024We first visited their shop in Mijas a few years ago and were thrilled when we found out they opened a new store in Puerto Banus. We ordered a lot of things for our new home that will be ready in a few months and delivery timing was perfect, sales staff could not have been more helpful and made our shopping experience easy and stress free. They even have a coffee shop selling beautiful cakes and delicious food! We can’t wait to go back to get the finishing touches. Ladies if you’re shopping with a man this shop is perfect (they have wine & beer)

Sep 01,2023En Zoco home me gusta casi todo lo que tienen ! Coresponde totalmente a mi estilo. Tienen un preciosa seleción para crear un ambiente boho y escandinavio. Los articulos son de muy buena calidad. Sofas, mesas de comedor etc... Y tienen una atención al cliente increible en especial Agus es adorable siempre esta dispuesta con super consejos y no duda en mandar fotos y videos. Vivo en Suiza y me lo mandaron desde España todo en un estado impecable. Luego eso si tuve mala suerte con los tabouretes " Hourglass " en madera exotica que se me abrieron ( debido a lo mejor a la diferencia de clima ) pero no dudaron en hacerme un descuento. Tuve la oportunidad este verano de visitar el showroom en Mijas : precioso ! Y la online es super practica todo esta muy bien clasificado y con photos de casas decoradas por Zoco. Un encanto visual !
