Nov 24,2017My dog loved Trixie Premio treats but I was unable to get them in the UK at a reasonable price. I had tried other online stores which didn't work out so after a while I seen Zoobio and thought I'd give them a try - I'm so glad I did!! I received my first order today. Ordering was straight forward and they have a huge selection of pet products. I only ordered dog treats which were mostly old favourites but a few others too that I've never seen sold in the UK. The prices were excellent and after comparing to what I normally buy in the UK I am cheaper buying from Zoobio and having it shipped home! The shipping is tracked so you know where you're order is and communication with Zoobio prior to the order being shipped was great. I never had to wonder what was happening. One of the items I chose was out of stock but they refunded me straight away for it. I recommend Zoobio and I will definitely be buying from them again.

Orders over £40 have free delivery, otherwise postage is just £8.45. Delivery is quick and prompt. I will definitely be using this website in the future when I have any pet related purchases to make.

Jul 06,2017I've got confused choosing the right online store to buy my dog's birthday present. but now I've found the right website, purchased a new bed for my dog, Cool.. the bed material and color are matched to my expectations, I got pretty good service from this online store, and I think his really liked the new beds. They should feel like a happy and valuable family member as well. Maybe will consider to buying some products next time.. dog food or another accessories, it will save my time and hope to get a pretty discount on the next purchase .. haha.. Thanks anyway :)

Dec 07,2017Zoo-bio does full justice to their name. They have such a vast range and options available with them to take care of our pets. And the simple and easy facility to order online takes a load off the hassles in finding and getting stuff. And can we just feed and forget the pets? No way - they too need lot of activity to stay healthy and happy. Zoo-bio doesn't neglect that either. Have got a wide range of resting accessories, transporting crates, and training and activity kits. Anything not clear - no worries, they are so helpful to talk to. Shipping to home is cheap and with full tracking.
