Sep 08,2022I came to 1 Stop Instruction with very little motorbike experience and did my CBT. I had a longer journey than some riders due my fear of dropping the 650cc bike which took a lot of psychological work. I persisted with the determination to get the full licence and stuck to the path chosen. My main instructor Caval was very supportive and helped me work on my skill set with lots of tips and true longstanding experience. I had some tough days but I needed reality checks to make me a safer road user for self and others. It was not easy for for over a year I had many one to ones and managed to clear Mod 1 (took me two attempts and one cancelled test due to rain) and I passed my Mod 2 at 1st go. If you are willing to give your best, the team at 1 Stop Instruction will give you the best coaching to get you to succeed. I would recommend them to any friend of mine confident that they will get high quality training.

Many thanks to Tony who was an amazing instructor, he gave me clear instructions and was very patient helped me pass my Mod 1 and also many thanks to Cavell for helping pass my Mod 2 test. Aug 29,2022I had very bad experience today post code took me place which send me in email and I tried to call in office no answer after hard effort I reached on site but instructor was very aggressive he didn't allowed me to take cbt training today I lost £209 please don't book cbt or any other test with them.

Aug 19,2022Extreemly racist towards muslims. two instructors were very abusive towards me swearing and shouting. I was called an ugly mug by one. The son of the owner also said to another firm instructor ' you can have him we dont want him' after I spent £1500 with them already. the hatred seemed only with the muslims. very nice to others. At one point one instructor referred to me as a terrorist paedophile. and this was the owners son. clearly these guys have no customer service ability what so ever. There was also alot of colluding when I went for my Mod 2 for full bike test. they know the DVSA instructors very well as they are always there for tests. I was failed for giving way on the round about to traffic on the wright which is correct. it seems deliberately done via influence by 1 stop instructors. during mod 1 the instructor began swearing at me via raido. these people are highly unprofessional. please please please if you are a muslim do not waste your money on them. GO ELSE WHERE.
