Mar 03,2022Don’t book CBT with 1stopinstruction..Monney will be stop. Where people wait 1-2 for CBT but you can book here next day. Nobody book here. They got bad policy, rude instructor, new leaner don’t give chance, they put strait ways fail. I lost 300 pounds and know them. Not good

Passed my MOD 1 first time under Tony, failed my MOD 2 twice but with Pepsi’s words of wisdom, I made it on my third try. Look up, look ahead, keep your distance! Big thank you to the team.

Feb 16,2022Now I felt compelled to write a negative review again because of your last reply on my review. There wasn't any option to reply on your reply, therefore I had to write a reply separately to answer you. First of all my name is Bilal Mir and I completed my training on 7th of February. Secondly you could have asked for my name and the mode of transaction, instead of saying that this name does not appear in your system and boasting about hundreds of transactions you process. It does not matter that if the data has not been compromised on 100 transactions that it couldn't happen on 101. When the transaction was done your employee asked for all the card details even cvv number from back of the card and processed it himself on some machine, which I think is quite antiquated practice and prone to compromise customers data. Even if some companies ask for card payments over the telephone they ask you to put them on the phone key pad which goes through an automated system not physically taking it from a customer. I don't know what else you need to process transaction on someone else's card if you have his/her all card details including cvv number. I have never shared my card details with anyone before. I was not intending to write you again, but because the reply you have given to my first review was reflecting arrogance rather it should have been addressing customers concern.

Feb 14,2022Fantastic experience all round! I spent time with both Martin & Tony for my Mod 1 (both great, passed first time!) and then Anne for my Mod 2 (again, great – passed first time!). Everyone from the office was extremely helpful and nice too, always keeping me in the loop with dates that cropped up a bit earlier for my Mod 2. Would highly recommend 1 Stop for anyone looking to get into biking – couldn't fault the experience at all. Thanks guys!

Feb 06,2022The three-day DAS course for an unrestricted Category A bike licence is excellent. The instructors are professional at all times, and provide commentary throughout the course; drilling in tips and riding expertise to help you pass Mod 1 and Mod 2 at a first attempt (which I did). A month prior to attending 1 Stop Instruction, I had started a four-day DAS course at another school, and I was not test-ready even by the fourth day, so I left there, having not completed the tests and found 1 Stop to have a mammoth edge over the other school when it comes to expertise and professionalism. The only negative thing I feel it important to add is that the long training days do not provide room for rest or eating, so grab some protein bars and a bottle of water to see you through the course, and use the bathrooms at any stop you get, as they will be few and far between. This technique must work because they get results. A five-star review from me, without a doubt.

Feb 04,2022They claim you can have your license in three days and that is what it took me. The instructors where two different gentlemen, one per test. Very skillful. Good bikes, in my case Suzuki Gladius. They even lend a helmet (very clean) and had all the equipment you may need. Overall a very good experience, they made things easy to understand and gave very useful advices. Lucky me I don't have to do it again but, if I had, I would do it with them.

Feb 03,2022I did my CBT and DAS with 1 stop instruction and I am so grateful I chose this training school. I had a 1 to 1 session with pepsi before I started the direct access course and I was confident on riding a 650cc after a two hour session. The instructors for the direct access course were brilliant and a special thanks to Anne and Cav for your amazing hints and tips for passing module 1 and module 2. I passed first time for module 1 and module 2. Thanks 1 Stop Instruction! I would recommend to anyone that if you are looking to do your direct access then choose 1 stop instruction.

Feb 01,2022Even with some new riders who were very difficult to deal with, the instructor was friendly and helpful the whole way through. Definitely a patient person to say the least. They always seem to have a great team and as a second time on my CBT (as it run out), they were as helpful as ever. Couldn't recommend more even as a brand new rider.

Mar 09,2022What a fantastic day cold but sunny. From start to finish our instructor Charlie was fantastic! Warm welcome very informative and he covered all aspects of the course communicating clearly to all of us. The class work was informative along with the practical training. On our open road training, clear instructions to everyone and overall a fun day. I would highly recommend this place for anyone who’s looking for motorcycle training. Bonus to the fantastic day I passed.🥳 Now on to the theory….. 🤞 Many thanks
