Jun 25,2023The best experience I have ever had to be honest, the instructor John was really good at what he does and a very knowledgeable understanding and patient person and that helped in my situation because I was very nervous at the beginning but got my confidence back and the end of the day. He got you to do it the right way if you was going something wrong and was very good at explaining, the training was first class and I will always go back to the training school for me in the future and soon

Jun 23,2023The best riding school there is. 100% recommend to everyone who wants to learn riding from no experience to a full license. I did a das course and pretty sure ive met the entire team, they are all fantastic people and very skilled trainers. Thank you guys for everything!!

Jun 15,2023I have done a CBT course several times and I found the instructor Ant to be particularly thorough and a pleasing personality. The only downside was unfortunately Ant could only take out two drivers at a time on the final road drive.

Jun 03,2023The instructors were absolute gentlemen and friendly, professional and thorough, explaining the days itinerary. They covered all the modules clearly and concisely making it easy to follow and understand and answered any questions the group had. They included all members of the group so no one felt left out. The training bikes and equipment was provided and were of good quality. The practical assessment was thorough and the instructor took the time to demonstrate an example and guidance throughout all manoeuvres and riding which was a lengthy period of time approx 2 hrs so you had time to learn and pass. Exceptional service and at a good price. Would highly recommend. I travelled from croydon south london to attend this school and extremely pleased.

May 17,2023I spent £175 (others might pay £199) which already is an extortionate amount for this course only to spend a total time of 11 minutes on an actual bike on a course that’s advertised as a training course that finishes at 5pm. This turns out to not be the case as I was told that I will be sent home for not being at a satisfactory level by 11:15am… I assumed a training course is what you go to in order to practise and learn in a safe and professional environment, do not book with this company if that is what you are looking for as this is not what you will experience. You will arrive at 8:15am as the start time states and didn’t step onto a bike until 9:30am whereby you will go through elements of the course, none of which was made explicitly clear by the instructor. After having 2 attempts at a few exercises, each attempt amounting to virtually 30 seconds to a minute of real practice before stopping for another 5 to 10 minutes before attempting the next exercise for another 2 minutes and then coming to a stop. The total time spent actually practicing on a bike on an all-day training course for a CBT (basic training is even in the name) was 11 minutes. I was sent home at 11:15am because I did not satisfy the instructors expectations that I could ride safely on the road. I would understand this if I was at least given more time of actual training before spending a large amount expecting training and support, not the amount of time that I actually did get to practice and learn within an enclosed, safe space. I have emailed the company explaining how 11 minutes of actual bike practice for a £199 course is unreasonable and an unacceptable amount of time to reach the satisfactory level expected but their reply sadly shifted the blame onto me saying I was not ready and was at fault…maybe that’s why I booked a TRAINING COURSE. I replied elaborating that point further but have not heard back after that initial contact. The course is also sold as having a high pass rate and 3 of the 4 learners that day (including myself) were sent home. Something tells me this is not common industry practice and is another way this company shills customers. Stay away from this company. They advertise the course as something that it isn’t. This isn’t a training course but rather a demonstration of the level that you are already expected to be at. I suspect they prioritise those with experience to get them to pass while sending those with less experience home wasting the customers time and money.
