I also appreciate how patient and understanding the team was when I had technical issues with my laptop and headset. Their support during that time made the experience even more positive. 20four7VA excels in providing clear and structured guidance from the very beginning. The orientation session was informative, well-organized, and engaging, which gave me confidence moving forward. The opportunity for ongoing training through the Training Portal is an excellent initiative, allowing me to continually improve and stay ahead. I also appreciate the transparent communication about the matching process and the timeline for securing clients. It sets clear expectations, which reduces any uncertainty and helps me stay focused on my goals. While the orientation session and training resources are top-notch, I think a bit more personalized support during the matching process could be helpful. For example, having a one-on-one session with a mentor or a team member to discuss personal strengths and preferences might help further refine the client-matching process. Additionally, clearer timelines for client assignments, if possible, would be great to manage expectations even more effectively.

Nov 29,2024joining this company feels misleading, seems like no one here knows what they're really doing. my skill interviewer MJ was late to our interview and sounded very tired and unprofessional. that is my first warning about this company. after joining you get passed from one rude and unprofessional staff to the next one until you get a client after a very long time of waiting only to get a very lowball offer after. they keep giving surveys saying that they want to improve but they never actually improve anything. i'm glad i left this company.
