Apr 24,2025I used to like this site and have had some decent wins with no hassle. However, they recently changed their site and it caused an error to my account where I couldn't log on. It took way over a month for them to fix, I had to keep chasing them as nobody was keeping me updated. I logged a complaint with them and they finally sorted the issue. However I remain unhappy due to the service. I asked for a good will gesture for the inconvenience and was told that wasn't possible. Just annoyed me to be fair, clearly don't want to keep their customers happy.

This had expired so I queried why I was allowed to join and deposit. No satisfactory reason given so I’ve told them to leave my account blocked, their loss.

Apr 16,2025Absolute scam. They lure you in with a bonus, then refuse to pay when you win. I decided to close my account and forfeit the £120 I won rather than doing what they were instructing - spending £700 more to access the £120. Chat agent was also rude.

Mar 31,2025Giving a 2 star, I got burned by another gambling website, still waiting for them to payout, so when joining 32Red, I'd checked reviews to make sure they were legit, or at least thought I had, I'm not a big gambler and I have had small payouts, definitely haven't won more than I've put in but my issue here is that following the update early March my account has been blocked and my winnings are still sitting in my account which I can't withdraw either, even after several chats with customer services I've been told to wait. After reading these reviews it now leads me to think are there any legit sites out there and I guess this one is another write off

Mar 27,2025Avoid this company they are scammers they offered me 25% bonus on deposits. Only for me to wager the exact amount they stated but it shows up us me being only 10% on the way to completing it. Absolute scammers pls guys avoid them. Honestly the gambling commission needs to investigate them. But let's be real the gambling commission is also corrupt and only work in benefitting these sort of companies.

Mar 26,2025Something very wrong with this site. Play the same games in other sites and played 32 red for well over a year. It’s like playing a TOTALLY different game. The lack of bonus is astonishing, dead spins for the whole session you play but not only that on ALL of the bonus levels win way less. On other sites 2nd highest bonus never won less than 600 but that was once all the other times was over 1000 even got it twice in one day. 32 red four times I’ve had that bonus round and max was 40 quid but two of those times 8!!! Ive felt for a while that something is very wrong with this game on 32 red but at the same time it’s meant to be a very reputable site. But It’s messed up to play this game everywhere else and it plays the same but on 32 red consistently over 17 months never had a win worth cashing out. And I’m talking consistently NO wins other than pence for months AT ALL and when you do it’s a few pounds max. Worst site I’ve ever played in nearly 20 years. Went through my stats the other day and seeing the 0’s all the way down page after page tells its own story. Now I’m sure I’m not imagining it. Something off with this site. On one of the bonus rounds you sometimes get a cash boost which is a few pounds or a multiplier. On EVERY other site you get a multiplier about a quarter of the time. On 32 red it’s NEVER happened. In about 17 months. Not once. That really doesn’t feel like bad luck. Not a single time. Stay away from this site. Might seem like a mad thing to say but it really wouldn’t shock me to read at some point it’s being investigated. Something feels very very wrong with it. Now I see they have reduced the RTP. What shocked me about that was its crazy to think you can win even less when the wins are as rare and as low as they are anyway. Stay away.
