It is true that we offer cheap inks and cheap toner cartridges, but discount inks does not mean that you are compromising on quality. We rely on word of mouth advertising as we operate on very low margins.

I am very pleased with the cartridges that I purchased. There was no problem fitting the cartridge into my printer as there has been with other remanufactured cartridges. Color when printing photographs is a bit light but that could be partially the fault of the printer. I will certainly order again.

Installed as soon as arrived. Working just like new ones. WHY pay thru the nose for brand name ink when you can get cartridges for $4.99. Order enough and get free shipping. Wife uses lots of cartridges for Sunday school.

After searching for many hours looking for Lexmark compatable ink I found 4,99 ink and it worked on s305 model. according to the ad. The price was right so I ordered a deal.Delivery was a little slow and my wife was sure I had been taken. But yesterday after 12 days it arrived. Now would it fit so I opened the package and looked,opened,tried and everything worked fine on all colors.. Just printed once so I maybe wrong yet but ink is bright. clean cut and if anything is wrong it wil be in my computer and not the ink. Restored my faith in on line products and service as they did exactly as they promised.

Seems I ordered the wrong items or I picked the wrong replacement for my printer. I am referring to order 19580. My printer is a canon Pixma MX 410. That is the cartridridges I need. The ones I have now are PG210XL and CL211XL. I need to send the ones I received back as they will not fit my printer and get the correct ones. Please advise. Thanx.

I received my 4 ink replacements, and they are in my printer and working good. At first I had trouble with the blue cartridge not wanting to click into place. I started to send them all back without opening any more, but then I decided to keep working with the blue, and it finally stayed down and in its place. I put the rest into their slots, and they clicked in just fine. I did get the message about how they weren't correct replacements or whatever, and I just chose "Ok" and went on. I ran a print cartridge report which showed all full and working fine. I tested a photo, and it printed great. I didn't have to replace my yellow cartridge since I ran out of it first and had bought a new one at a well known discount store for around $11.99 and had installed it before I decided to order the other 4 that I needed for 4.99 each. Even with the 4.99 shipping added, that didn't add much to the price of each cartridge. The company apologized for being late with my order during the busy Christmas season and offered me 15% off on my next order before the end of January!

My Canon Pixma printer the ink cartridges are often stated to be empty when in fact they still have visible ink levels I am replacing cartridges very often. I will likely not purchase from this source again.

Searching the internet to order ink for my Canon printers, I ran across this company - 499inks.com and my first thought was that this site can't be what I'm looking for. But after clicking on some others first, I decided to go back and see what 499inks was all about. Surprise! I thought, how lucky to have come upon them. Short story, I placed my order, the order came and the box contained a short note apologizing for "the delay" caused by the rush of the season; a delay that couldn't have extended the delivery by more than a day and on top of that, two wrapped chocolates were in the package. I'm impressed!

Found 499inks.com during a search, compared prices with MyInks.com and a couple other sites, saw that 499inks was the lowest price - including shipping. Ordered my cartridges, waited not quite 5 days, they arrived via USPS, took them out and installed in my printer. Did a quick head cleaning/adjustment and was off and running. Will I be reordering from 499inks.com again? What do you think? :-)

I thought it must be a ripoff to charge under $10 for a cartridge. I'm used to paying $30 at office stores, but my ink arrived within a week and is working well in my printer.

With my last Order, I was directed to remove a "carbon Stick", if when replacing my the cartridge, my printer still does recognize the new cartridge. Why don't you do the removal before shipping to me?
