Great, very profesional help and advise on fitting non-standard wheels and tyres on my truck. The only thing that let my experience with 4x4 Tyres down was the delivery. They sent an email in the morning of the delivery day, giving 10 hours window. I spent all day waiting for delivery that didn't happen... No contact, no option for reschedule. Next day they tried to deliver, but I was at work. Eventually, it was a pure luck, they cought me at home.

4x4 Tyres supplied some good mud terrain tyres at a competitive price. But the courier failed to deliver the tyres and returned them to the depot instead. I couldn't believe it and was really annoyed as it was very time-sensitive. So why five stars? A brilliant young employee, Henry, told me what had happened and took personal responsibility for sorting it out. He did an incredibly efficient job of finding a new courier. He kept me fully updated on what was happening and made sure the tyres arrived in time for my requirements. The test with a company is what happens when something goes wrong. We all know how everyone can wash their hands of it or try to cover it up, but not here and that's because Henry rolled up his sleeves and sorted it out himself. He was also a pleasure to deal with and very professional in every way. Thank you. Jack

I ordered my suv tyres on a bank holiday Monday and my tyres were fitted on the Wednesday. Great service and a very good price. The tyres seem very good and despite the price they are make no more noise than much dearer tyres.
