Nov 09,2024This is a Great company to work with. They figured out the correct part that matched my car and sent it to me ASAP. Customer service kept in n touch with me to make sure I received it. They later followed up to make sure it was correct and working. Then when I mistakenly sent back a part that was going to a another part company. They worked with me to get it back to me. I will definitely buy from them again.

Nov 03,2024I thought for sure these guys were scammers till my package showed up today. It was a very quick delivery within one week. I’m going to send it back because I found one on eBay eBay offers and insurance program on these ABS parts for $51 one year parts and labor parts and labor. just got a call from my quality import technician he did a software update or whatever and my ABS module seems to be working fine. I finally got a break with this damn Volkswagen. So I’ll be sending both ABS modules back. What a pain in the ass.

Oct 12,2024Sure wish I had read the reviews first. SCAMMERS, SCAMMERS, SCAMMERS. They charged my card before we even hung up. Now, mind you, you must sign their absurd agreement, before they ship. Once you read it, only a fool would proceed. But good luck getting your money refunded for something you never ageed to. Very very shady group.

Oct 02,2024DO NOT BUY FROM THESE SCAMMERS!!! RUN IF YOUR SEARCH GETS DIRECTED HERE. THEY NEED A VIN FOR THE VEHICLE THAT THE PART IS GOING IN SO IT COULD BE REPROGRAMMED AND WHEN RECEIVED AS A PLUG AND PLAY ITEM. THEY SAY NO JUNKYARD PARTS BUT THE ABS MODULE I RECEIVED IS RUSTED AND ACCORDING TO THE WAREHOUSE THAT SHIPPED IT NO PROGRAMMING IS DONE TO ANY MODULES. THIS PLACE IS A SCAM AND LIES ABOUT EVERYTHING. THEY WOULD NOT EVEN SEND OUT ANOTHER MODULE. THEY SAY GRADE A PRODUCTS BUT THESE ARE JUNKYARD PRODUCTS, RUSTED AND NOT PROGRAMMED PLUG AND PLAY LIKE THEY SAY. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO ELSEWHERE. WE DID CONTACT YOU AND YOU TOOK THE PART BACK BECAUSE IT WAS NOT WIPED NOR WAS IT ABLE TO BE PROGRAMMED TO THE VEHICLE WE GAVE YOU THE INFORMATION. YOU TRIED TO ARGUE WITH US EVEN AFTER WE CONTACTED THE THIRD PARTY YOU SENT THE PART FROM AND THEY TOLD US NO CLEARING OF ANY CODES OR REPROGRAMMING WAS DONE TO ANY PARTS THEY SELL.

Sep 28,2024My problem is with 50 Stars Auto Parts. I ordered a ABS module a week ago (on a Friday). I was told it would ship by Monday because it had to be programmed. I called on Wednesday, Thursday & this Friday. I keep being told a tracking number will be emailed to me. Today, I waited over 1/2 hr for a tracking number & told UPS never picked it up yesterday. This sounds like BS to me especially since they won’t give me a tracking number. My UPS account shows no labels made to me. What does that say about the honesty of 50 Stars Auto Parts. I’ll keep you posted. Finally received an ABS model but it was not programmed for my VIN. It cost me nearly $200 at a dealer for programming. I request a reimbursement a week ago & have not heard a word. I’ll call them soon & keep you posted. I don’t expect any satisfaction from Five Stars Autoparts.

Sep 12,2024Worst place ever, bought used ABS module. The warranty they offer is worthless you get the runaround and never get anywhere. I dealt with many companies in my lifetime this company is the worst I ever had to deal with. DO NOT waste your money with these crooks.

Dec 06,2024I found 50 Star quite by accident while doing a google search. So happy I did. The part I was looking for was incredible expensive from the dealer and not available at my look Auto Zone etc. 50 Star was on point with the right item and the price was extremely reasonable. The Agent that helped me John was amazing. I was so pleased with his service that I told my brother and he needed a part we called and got John again snd he remembered all my info and was again very very helpful. 50 Star is going be my “go to used parts” place going forward. Thank you John.
