The Truth
Mar 27,2017Received item fairly quickly, with security tag still on, sent it back to them and they took the security tag off for me, and also emailed me saying that they've noticed a hole in the item and sent it back to me! So more emails back and forth until I sent the item back to them and eventually they realised the security tag was incorrectly positioned which caused damage to the item! And eventually received a replacement item.

Mar 23,2017I've been to the shop in Bristol several times, and the staff are all great, easy to talk to, and real helpful! The on line service was also great, next day delivery and track your parcel service. I'd recommend 5 Pointz to anyone.

Mar 23,2017I recently purchased a cap from 5 pointz and returned the item with tags and in the condition I received it. The item was too large but also looked faded as if it had been on display for a long time or worn and resold so I ended up returning it. To my surprise the item was immediately sent back to me citing a "makeup stain" making the item "not resaleable". Upon receipt I inspected the item and could not see any such stain, there was a bit of lint on the cap as it is black however when I received it, it was in the same condition. I suspect 5 pointz didn't want to accept the return because the item as it is now out of season. This was my first time shopping with them and I definitely won't be again... not a fan of sly behaviour from brands when it comes to returns. Very disappointing!

Mar 20,2017It's my first time buying from 5 Pointz and frankly my last , the staff aren't rude I will add but not all that there when it comes to sorting my order out that I made online , I've been waiting for Nike anniversary trainers to come out , so I bought them through you and then was told someone took the ones I bought from the pile that was picked for the online sales and we're then purchased in the shop ( WHAT THE HELL ) I was gutted , the girl was really sorry but that's really not the 5pointz , I then was told that the size 9 u bought and paid for they no longer have a cannot get anymore in so do I want a pair of 8.5 ???!! I said yes fine I'll have them but not really wanting them in a 8.5 I then was told that they wasnt sure wether I could have them because they weren't sure if they was any coming in on Monday so I'll have to wait till then So after a while on Saturday when i was first told ,I called and said I'll cancel the order only to be then told that the 8.5 have been dispatched , I really don't get what's going on I'm not happy with the service and there was really nothing they did to help me either I will not be using you guys again and I will be telling everyone I no not to use you Sorry

Just wish there were more shops with this attitude and customer care
