Jan 23,2014A tee shirt was ordered for me but when it arrived was too small.The package that was delivered had a sheet detailing clearly and simply how to return an item should you need to return / exchange it. I followed the instructions and additionally emailed 5 Pointz to explain that I needed a different size and would they hold that size for me in the interim as I didnt want that item to sell out before they could exchange my tee shirt. I received a response quickly and my request was granted. Within a few days I had my replacement . I also ordered another tee shirt. which arrived promptly. For each delivery I was updated by email on status of delivery and received delivery within 2-3 days, An excellent shopping experience. I will shop here again and will recommend 5 Pointz to friends.

Jan 23,2014Ordered a pair of limited edition trainers which came with many defects (black marks and scratches). As limited edition they were unable to replace as sold out and also un-willing to offer any form of discount of the b-grade product. Offered full refund but by this point the shoe had sold out everywhere else so I had missed my chance to buy from anyone else. Customer service was slow and generic cut and paste answers given to pretty much every email.

Oct 25,2011Kender I det, når man bestiller det ene, og får noget helt andet? Det fik jeg. Jeg bestilte et par Supra sko, og fik ugen efter en pakke. Jeg var helt vildt glad og rev nærmest pakken op. Hvad får jeg? Noget helt andet.. Så skulle jeg ned på posthuset og give 210 kr !! Bare fordi at de ikke har styr på deres leveringer. Da det er et engelsk firma, er det svært at komme i kontakt med dem. Jeg skrev 4 mails, og fik kun én retur, svaret på den første. Jeg sidder dagen i dag med skoene på, og er super glad for dem, men deres kundeservice og leverancer er simpelthen uacceptabelt, hvis de vil være en bæredygtig virksomhed. Mit råd: Hold jer derfra, hvis I er utålmodige. Når det så er sagt, kunne mit tilfælde være 1 ud af 100, men alligevel.
