Jul 03,2023I ordered 3 weeks ago and was notified after I purchased them that my order was backlogged for 1-2 weeks. 3 weeks passed and I contacted them again and was told there was no ETA. I ordered these supplements for an overseas trip and now they will not come in time. Someone contacted me to say I could pay an extra $35 to have smaller bottoms to equal the same amount of tablets. So I had to choose between compromised financially or not receiving my supplements in time. What a poor experience.

Jul 02,2023Poor customer service. Was promised a discount code to subscribe. I did but never got the code. Sent two emails to follow up and didn't get a reply. Eventually got my supps from another online store and the service was amazing in comparison.
