Ordered 2 pairs of sneakers in November only one pair arrived no refund! My bank has confirmed 3 times there has definitely been no refund and the person replying from glue store just kept repeating that they processed refund and telling me to contact my bank. They are now ignoring all emails where i have attached messages from westpac confirming there has been no refund!!! So basically they have taken $165 for stock they never had and kept my money!!!!!’
I purchased a pair of VANS Unisex Cruze Too Cc Sneakers in '2-Tone Suede White' from the Glue online store. Unfortunately, when I received the box, it contained two different coloured shoes. I reached out to their customer service online and found it to be atrocious and deceitful. The customer service agent going under the name, Mino, provided me with an Australia Post return label to their parent company office in Sydney (Accent Lifestyle Pty Ltd, 59 Goulburn Street, Level 2, HAYMARKET NSW 2000) only for the package to be returned to me as the office has since closed! Once I wrote back to the online customer service agent, all further communication has gone unanswered. Check out the online reviews for Glue Store at Goole and Trustpilot and you will see similar experiences. I only wished I had read these reviews myself prior to making an online purchase with their store. Buyer beware!

Please don’t order online they don’t take any responsibility if they sent your items on wrong address. I tried to update them that they put the wrong address on my order but they kept saying we put correct address. How irresponsible they told me to contact courier company not them. They can’t do anything. They don’t respond to the emails or chat option is useless.
Would give 0 stars if I could. Security tag left on my jumper. Contacted customer service by email and they are just rude. If it is the fault of the store person that they security tag is left on then the customer should be accommodated. Even though I mentioned numerous times I was unable to attend the store due to being off my feet after surgery and the store being an hour away, the customer service person (Melissa) kept advising that I could go back to the store to have it removed... Mind you my sister was in Sydney city and took it to one of the stores in there, with a receipt and they were unable to remove due to the tags being different. Customer service really is dead at Glue Store.
Awful experience. I ordered online and waited nearly 3 weeks for the order to be delivered. I got in touch and was told they must have had a glitch!!!! and sent the refund. What kind of company uses a glitch as an excuse? I wish I had read the reviews before I wasted so much time.
Wouldn't refund an online order (not sure what sort of online retailer doesn't do this). Then found out that I couldn't use instore credit to make a purchase online.
Package was sent and requested to sign on delivery. Package was left without delivery. Now it’s missing because I was away for a week. Glue don’t care and will not refund or send out new order. Money wasted.
This store should not be allowed to operate. I purchased shoes online from them and after 3 business days the time they told me to wait I waited and heard nothing from them so I had to contact myself and they told me that it hadn't been processed so I then wanted a refund and they had simply denied and this money/shoes was urgent for my sons birthday gift
Selling products they don’t have, three times this has happened. Still haven’t received another item I ordered and haven’t heard from them. I won’t be doing this again
Terrible; they sell stock in a completely dishonest way. After purchasing an item and waiting a few days I never heard back about my order, so I had to give them a call to find out how it was progressing. After I called they cancelled my order, but they don't tell me why or send me an email until I called them and asked them about it. Additionally had to wait an hour in queue before speaking with them. Also their website's messenger service is horrible, which is incapable of providing any assistance or answers.
Totally Untrustworthy Company. My first two orders with them were cancelled, as they sold me stock that they never had. Their systems are set up to take your money, make you wait days then send you a refund notice which takes another 5 days to get. A fraudulent system that totally wastes your time and money. 💯 Unprofessional company who does not put the customer first. Avoid Avoid Avoid !!
Bought a Christmas Gift for my brother. They cancelled and refunded my order due to it being sold out and gave me a $20 voucher that u can’t only spend on full priced items - what is the point..
ordered some shoes as christmas gift for my mum, 2 weeks later they still havent shipped my order or given any updates whatosever! then i reviece an email titled "update to your order!" yay finally! "your order is out of stock but oh but hey heres a 20 dollar coupon that you can only use on full priced items (excluding nike or other big brands)" now i dont have a gift for my mother and have to find something when everything is out of stock right before christmas! customer service seems completely automated and no help at all from them, DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!
Quick delivery, but cust service to my questions was delayed. Overall i would shop again - pretty impressive

One star because I can't give less! Your customer service is absolutely terrible! I've already sent an email asking you to let me know if this order is coming. Would you mind giving me an answer? I'd like to have my money back ASAP if the order has been cancelled for some reason. This is the second order I put through online and the first time you made a mistake on the size, so I never got to have what I ordered, now this. Seriously, I am astonished by the level of service you have towards your customers.
I bought a 200 dollar voucher December 2022. It didn’t work and no one would help. In-store they said I had to ask for help online. Online team told me the issue could only be sorted out in-store.
