Oct 26,2022Service was very good, I telephoned to ask the best type of seed for our garden, I was given the advice, I acted and purchased the seed just before the summer drought. We watered the seed for 1 week and left it. It has grown thick and lush and stayed vivid green all through summer. I would definitely recommend A1 seed. Oh yes I did purchase a bag of pre-seed fertiliser because the ground was pretty poor and I wanted to give the seed a good chance.

Oct 26,2022I used the shade seed and followed in later with fertiliser after preparing the lawn area with scarifying and plugging. Results are spectacular! Previous lawn was largely moss and various weeds and now a lush green and healthy lawn. …and I did all this in May/June, out of the traditional season but it took.

Oct 26,2022While the seed was good but it was very expensive for 5 kgs. Commercial amounts(25kgs +) were not available. Managed to get 25kg made up to the same mixture at a discount of 45%. Prices could perhaps be scaled so that quantities in excess of the bags are discounted with the discount rising thereafter?
