Jan 17,2022We have been Abbeygate customers in Cyprus with several cars for over ten years, initially for insurance of a left-hand drive car, for which many other companies refused insurance or asked exorbitant rates. Throughout, we are very satisfied with the insurance packages, pricing, processing of claims and timely, proactive follow-up before insurance expiry (which is not a given in Cyprus!). A case in point, today based on an initial quotation received from Danny at Abbeygate for a new car purchase before the weekend, I learnt while at the bank (which offered a pricier insurance package) that I would need confirmation of insurance in order for our car loan agreement to go ahead. With a swift e-mail from my mobile, Danny called in order to process payment and sent the insurance papers by e-mail in under 10 minutes. That appointment at the bank might well have been wasted otherwise. Quite impressed!

Dec 04,2021I have a number of different insurances I have taken out through Abbeygate Insurance since moving to Cyprus. It is extremely helpful to be able to pick up the phone and discuss the matter through personally with one of their advisors, no matter what the question may be. It is easy to get through to the right department and the staff are always friendly and happy to assist. I would happily recommend to anyone thinking of using their services.
