Consider whether there be a wider offering of brands (Carlos Santos, Meccariello, JM Weston, etc.), in addition to the British classics? Although I personally believe the focus should continue to be on the higher end.

Mar 22,2024I’ve had great service from Abbots Shoes on a previous purchase. On this occasion a discount code was given and applied against a purchase. The shoes were too large and returned (an important part of the comfort in buying second hand shoes online). However the company refused to allow the discount to be applied against an alternative pair I wished to buy. The explanation that the code is only available once makes no sense when there is always a possibility a purchase may be returned.

Mar 21,2024I would highly recommend Abbot's Shoes, both on the quality of their product and on their customer service. The shoes I purchased from them were in pristine condition and arrived promptly. I initially chose the wrong size but found that changing the shoes for the correct size was made very straightforward and efficient. I will definitely be buying more shoes from this company.

Automated email received to let me know order accepted and another email to confirm order dispatched. Can’t really elaborate further as it’s a simple purchase. Minor damage to box although no damage to product but damage also to product packaging. Box clearly marked fragile.
