Dec 23,2024I have just found Abbot’s but think it is a great company. Their service is fantastic. Overseas deliveries and returns to a major metropolitan city are without par. The first time i ordered from them I got bitten by the import duties but after reading their web site material I have a better understanding of how things work. Great products and great service.

Dec 17,2024Great shoes, many thanks for these choices of top qualities brands at very good prices. Great improvement to reimburse taxes for returns. May I suggest to have further explanation for the meanings of different lasts in different brands. size 7,5 size 8 may be very different from one to brand to another or even from one last to the other for the same brand. Very puzzling for me. More help would really be appreciated. Thanks in advance for what you can do on this matter.

Dec 05,2024I’m only giving you three stars, not because of the quality of purchase, nor the ease of the purchase but because of your pricing policies. If I buy in the UK for delivery in the states, the price is lower because of VAT back. The price from ordering in the states for delivery in the states is 20% higher because a third party gets involved. Either be a UK concern selling, shipping and exporting as you originally did or don’t. East End sales techniques (two sets of prices for the same item) do not give me confidence of purchase.
