Nov 07,2024I've purchased two pairs of shoes over two seperate transactions. Both arrived quickly and as photographed. I returned one as it didn't fit (I was unfamiliar with the particular shoe last). The return shipping cost, speed and process was all excellent.

Oct 17,2024Some time ago I bought a pair of shoes from Abbot's which turned out not to fit well. The return process was easy and efficient. This time I bought a pair which fit perfectly - I'm wearing them now - and are an amazing bargain. The condition was accurately described. They are like new. The price was substantially less than the cost of a new pair. I couldn't be more satisfied with my purchase. More recently I bought some shoe polish as well, which is excellent.

Oct 15,2024I bought a lovely pair of Brogues by Church’s (Berlin) but they were half a size too big. Return completed efficiently. Bought the correct size “as new”, with box and shoe bags. They were perfect, brand new. I was delighted. Been buying Church’s for years. I paid £890 for my last pair of Consuls, but it’s just too much. I paid £395. Retail £940. Such a straightforward decision! Bravo Abbots. Highly recommended.
