Oct 15,2024We enquired about a camera system and was invited into the showroom for a demo. There were no hidden costs and absolutely everything was transparent. We had the system installed and although we have had a few hiccups, Nicola and Calum could not have been more helpful. After sales care is met with just as much help as if it was a first call. I can honestly say this company care so much about their customers. If you are thinking about using this company you will definitely be in the best hands. Thank you so much for all of your help.

Feb 07,2025Really nice people, great service, extremely knowledgeable & helpful. Nothing is too much trouble for Abbott's! We endured lots of issues after the installation of high speed broadband at home including one which was affecting our CCTV System. Engineer Paul was excellent & was able to resolve the problem quickly. Absolutely faultless. In our minds they are the Octopus Energy of the Security/CCTV providers in this area.
