It all started with the passion and drive of our founder and great grandfather, Stephen Chustckie, who opened a small glass and mirror replacement company in New York City. “Find .. something,” he would always say, trying to improve upon the methods and tools used to further improve his service to his customers. Over seventy years later, ABC Shower Door and Mirror has expanded, growing to become one of the largest frameless shower door companies serving the United States. Jan 30,2015COMPANY WAS QUICK TO COME AND MEASURE AND QUICK TO INSTALL. ABC SAID 2 WEEKS BUT DID IT IN ONE WEEK. CREW THAT DID INSTALL VERY PROFESSIONAL AND CLEAN. ITS FOR A RENTAL PROPERTY SO I AM HOPING IT WILL HOLD UP UNDER TENANTS USE. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.

Jan 26,2015the product was installed well and quality seems good, two issues: we had assumed that a towel bar was part of the installation, we told miguel the salesperson we wanted one, didn't check the drawings which apparently didn't have one on it, and it never got ordered, think they should have made a point of explaining that was an option he certainly didn't and now the only way to have one is glue it versus having the holes fabricated with the glass..!!! not happy about this!! They said that the certificate of insurance was our responsibility to get the information from the building as to requirements, I told them I was the customer it was their job, they did get it after I protested that I wasn't doing any work for them in this regard. in total I would give them a middle satisfactory grade, could have been better.

They arrived on time at each assigned appointment and clearly communicated what was required, made suggestions and cleaned up after themselves. The Barn Sliders are just beautiful in this new bathroom.

From the beginning, everyone I spoke to was very professional and went above and beyond to answer any questions I had. Their prices are the most competitive I've seen, saving me over $1,000 compared to other quotes I received from similar vendors. The installation of my clear starphire glass with chrome fixtures looks perfect. I also believe it says a lot about a company when the CEO sends out his contact information to all customers and is ready to handle any concerns you might have. Oct 11,2014Although I do depend on reviews before I purchase anything, I am guilty of not writing reviews frequently, but when service is this outstanding I felt compelled to write a review! ABC was professional from start to finish. I did a lot of shopping around and by far I was very pleased with this company. I was able to get an appointment for an estimate immediately and the gentleman arrived in a timely fashion. He offered suggestions and was spot on with all of them. I was furnished with an emailed quote that evening which provided me with a price, measurements, schematics and the exact materials being used. Again after shopping around for quite a bit of time I decided on ABC. I was able to give a deposit and my doors arrived within 3 weeks. Installation also a pleasure and hassle free. The gentlemen came in very professionally and covered everything very careful not to damage my newly painted walls. My doors are in and the job made our renovation complete! The quality of the doors makes our new bathroom look that much richer. Above all the compliments are endless!!

Feb 22,2015I recently had a glass shower door and two in-line stationary panels installed atop my vintage tub. From start to finish, ABC was very professional and I appreciated that they did their best to work within my budget. I would work with them again for sure. The only small negative I can see is that one of the fastening brackets they used appears as though it's for thicker glass than mine and so it looks a bit flimsy.
