I messaged them and asked them to expedite my delivery due to a tight deadline and they managed to give me a quick turn around whilst constantly keeping me updated. When I needed to resize the ring I bought, they made the process incredibly simple and sent the ring back to my address. The whole process was so incredibly simple and the customer service the best I have seen at any company. The ring was beautiful and looked exactly like the website. The boxes are also high quality and durable. Would highly recommend.

Feb 11,2025It took almost a month to receive the product, but end result worth it. Very happy with the ring I received, it's built is best spoke. The box has room for improvement though, it doesn't give any premium feeling at all.
