The ordering process was so simple and I loved that I was able to choose the metal and the clarity, size and colour grade of diamond. Would definitely recommend

I was not disappointed, it's absolutely beautiful and I am incredibly happy and cannot wait to wear my wedding ring forever! It surpassed my expectations so much. Customer support were amazing, I ordered the wrong size to start with (my fault) I emailed them and they had no problem amending the order to the correct size at no cost. I was kept up to date with everything. I highly recommend Abelini to everyone. I promise you, you will not be disappointed at all!

I changed my order to one with more stones, it came today and I love it 😍, so pretty. It came beautifully presented and packaged. Jul 18,2024I very rarely write reviews on TrustPilot even though when researching things it's the first place I go but I decided this time I would because credit where it is due! My husband and I have been married for 15 years this time and he decided I should have an eternity ring as something a bit special to celebrate. This was not as straightforward as it sounds. I am incredibly fussy. Once I get an idea in my head of what I want that's it, that's what I want... and what I wanted was an emerald (his birthstone), whitegold, bevel set, half eternity ring that was also a bit unusual.... it also had to fit in with my blue topaz (my birthstone) engagement ring, which alone is hard because my engagement ring is quite unusual by itself... it took me months to find the perfect one. I then spent quite a bit of time deciding if I should order it as I like many am nervous of ordering something online especially when it isn't the cheapest thing and so sentimental. I read the reviews and decided to go for it. I'm so glad I did. My ring arrived today, bang on time and is perfect, I'm absolutely over the moon. The customer service is fantastic, I've messaged a few times and always had immediate responses. I highly recommend Abelini and will 100% use them again

Jul 13,2024The ring I ordered arrived on time and as ordered. Brilliant! However, I made a massive error. Had to get the ring significantly resized. The customer service from the outset was outstanding. The clear instructions on getting the ring back to Abelini and next steps were made clear. I was given an estimated delivery date. I requested it be brought forward, for various reasons, if possible. It arrived a week earlier than given. I dont normally write reviews but everything from start to finish and everything in between was superb. It was such a significant purpose with lots apprehension. Absolutely outstanding!

Jul 28,2024Well what can I say. An absolutely amazing company. I'd searched all my local shops within a 50 mile radius for the perfect engagement ring and nothing stood out. I'd seen a few on the website but still wasn't 100% sure. As I was abit sceptical about ordering such an prescious expensive piece of jewellery online I phoned up and had a list of questions to ask and my reservations were put at ease with the knowledge and expert help of the lovely employee on the other end of the phone. With that in mind, ring was ordered and arrived well with the time frame they said it would arrive in and WOW, it's absolutely incredible. More than I could ever of imagined. I proposed last night (27/7/24) and it couldn't of been a more perfect evening in every way from the cliff top setting over looking the sea where we had our first date many years ago, to the restaurant afterwards but most importantly the ring. She absolutely loved it, and of course..she said YES!! I won't hesitate to use them again and I'm already looking at a set of earrings. Overall amazing company, amazing experience, amazing staff and amazing jewellery. A big thumbs up from the both of us.
