Jul 11,2024Ordered yellow topaz ring as per the website and a blue topaz was sent. Customer service apologised and was very polite & professional and a replacement ring was ordered & sent to me, they admitted fault due to a technical error on their website. However the certificate of authenticity was incorrect and had to be replaced. Although the ring is beautiful and customer service was apologetic, no offer of discount or any compensation for the delay and inconvenience was offered.

Jul 09,2024After ordering an eternity ring online from Abelini I contacted them to check that the number of diamonds shown in the image was correct, as it was a gift for a specific anniversary. As a result of that conversation, Ruth in customer services contacted the production team who proceeded to create a design which would accommodate my requirements and provided an image for my approval. The item arrived the day before my anniversary as promised with no delay due to the process. The yellow gold eternity ring with a mix of twenty one round and baguette cut diamonds in a channel setting was stunning and my wife was thrilled with the surprise. There were no extra charges over what was paid when ordering for this exceptional service. I would highly recommend Abelini for their excellent products, service and value for money.

I made my purchase and emailed the company asking if there was a chance if i could have my order fast tracked and pay extra if needed. A later they replied and told me it would be with me in plenty of time and not to worry as they were on it. Got it 7 days before ky wedding so i cant fault them

Jul 04,2024I am very impressed by the ease and quality of the process and products of Abelini. Before placing an order, Abelini's support team did a great job answering multiple questions both via telephone and email very quickly. After months of researching I finally placed my order for an engagement ring with Abelini through their website. They have given me estimated dates on when the order would be finished which were accurate. By default they offer to send the products to your address but I requested a pick up which was no problem. When the product was ready, the size of the ring was not correct. Although unfortunate, they immediately arranged for a new order to fix the minor issue. No questions asked. I have since collected the ring and the result is fantastic. I am 100% satisfied and would strongly recommend to get in touch with this company.
