Love the company's service and product. Been working with this company for 6+ years and they are my go to partner for event credentials. We had a complicated project this time that had 5 mini events within the 1 large one. We asked for the badges to be packaged within those 5 mini events and submitted the lists separately. This didn't happen and caused a bit more work on my team's end to sort everything. Would have been nice if they were grouped and labeled in the order we submitted.

This company and its people are wonderful! They are patient and understanding of "artists" and work diligently with you to make sure the job is exactly what we want. They are responsive within an hour to emails. Proofs come thru quickly and changes are made the same day if needed. I would not use anyone else and appreciate Access So much!

Everything was great, until we got the final invoice. Without me requesting, the badges were sent next day air, costing much more than was budgeted. It would have been much better if, when I asked the data was needed, it would have been discussed and ship via ground. I'd love to see how you can make it up to us:)
