Feb 05,2025Love the company's service and product. Been working with this company for 6+ years and they are my go to partner for event credentials. We had a complicated project this time that had 5 mini events within the 1 large one. We asked for the badges to be packaged within those 5 mini events and submitted the lists separately. This didn't happen and caused a bit more work on my team's end to sort everything. Would have been nice if they were grouped and labeled in the order we submitted.

They are responsive within an hour to emails. Proofs come thru quickly and changes are made the same day if needed. I would not use anyone else and appreciate Access So much!
