A good, local, running shop. I’ve bought a few things from Achilles Heel, both online and in store. Not hunners of things, but a few. Service has always been great. Staff knowledgeable. They all seem to be runners. Plus they had (have?) at least one person with first hand knowledge of barefoot running, which interests me. So it’s not just flog the buyer any pair of trainers. They obviously don’t have the range you’d get from some online retailer. This isn’t an issue for me. Getting the correct product and service is more important. I got the Altra running shoes I wanted plus a few extra items. I’d buy from Achilles Heel again and I recommend them without reservation. A great wee shop.
