Staff very involved with one client...3 members of staff in the store and altho the chap (with the sore leg/knee/ankle whatever was attending to me initially, he lost interest and was caught up in the other sale. My trainers were an online sale purchase and maybe that was the reason for lack of interest but I didn't buy the £77 trainers...not because they didn't fit/suit but because the service was so poor. It's a pity really...I now have the cash to buy two pairs of trainers, this time my budget is approximately £260-£300 for both... Achilles Heel won't be benefiting from my budget though.
