I sent them back via their return's system and got a refund in just a few days. In the meantime I ordered another pair a size larger and they came the very next day. All the time they sent me emails to let me know where things were.

The shoes arrived within a day but were not the correct fit for me and they were returned free of charge the same day and money reimbursed within a few days. Feb 02,2022I was seen by Stef. I have always worn Salomon Speedcross cross trainers. But recently I was having trouble with a nerve being pinched in my foot. I was advised to try a wider trainer with some roll at the front. Stef started by getting me to try on I think it was about 7 different pairs. Comparing each pair as we went. With the help of Stef I eventually settled for the Hoka Speedgoat 4. Probably without a doubt the best experience I’ve had in a shoe fitting shop. Thanks again. Would definitely recommend.
