Always good to go to Achilles Heel. Everyone is so helpful and friendly. Bought a couple of running tops online and they were ready to be picked up a couple of hours later. Great service!

Very helpful staff, slight lack of knowledge from our server on the returns from internet sales as opposed to simple store exchanges but this didn't affect my 5 star rating as she was very helpful and patient with my 8 year old daughter. Good knowledge of the stock, someone had put aside spikes i had called about the night before, again great service in my opinion !

Absolutely superb customer service involving fitting of a pair of road running shoes and a pair of waterproof trail shoes. Cat was patient and I tried several pairs and she made sure I was absolutely happy before I made my purchases.
