Purchased a honeycomb grill for my A4. Couldn't fault anything from the service to the product provided. ACKustoms were very prompt to answer any questions in regards to the product and even offered a demo on how to fit the new grill, including advice for other parts including suspension. Overall, the service and product provided were top class and will definitely be a frequent customer in the future.

Purchasing the springs was easy and they even contacted me to make sure it was definitely the correct springs for my specific model of car. They also answered any questions I had when it came to installing the springs and helped me out as much as possible. Highly recommend this level of customer service, very rare to be treated at this high of a standard.

I drove 140 mile trip to get my car done here,kept me up to date with the progress of the work being done to my car ewith pictures and messages .i would definitely recommend this company and will be using again

From the moment I called Andy put my mind at rest . Total commitment from start to finish. Excellent customer service kept me upto date with whole process sending photos voice recordings even when I was in Turkey on holiday . I had m4 style front bumper fitted n sprayed rear 335i style exhaust fitted to my E93 convertible finished result WOW If you thinking of getting your car done DO IT I was very happy lad travelling up a1 back to Newcastle cheers Andy 👍👍👍

I would 100% recommend AC Kustoms, the customer advice and service is great. I originally brought my Audi A5 from their sister company AC Motors (uk) ltd and have since dealt with AC Kustoms for my upgrades....and will no doubt be back for more!!

Ackustoms top service from Andy from the off, his eBay shop hadn’t updated so it was showing in stock he rung me straight away to let me know what was happening and that I would receive my part as soon as he gets his stock from his supplier which was only a week of a wait. Good quality product received but unfortunately one item seemed to be faulty I sent him a video of the part leaking no questions about it a new one was in the post the next day. I couldn’t recommend him enough. Stuart .P.
