Dec 01,2024What made the experience great was a recieved an email that my item had shipped. But what made it NOT great is that it took a long time to get it. So, I was a little surprised & disappointed that it took a while to get here. In the past when I ordered from GT Bag , my item was delivered in like 2-3 days. Other than that everything was fine.

Nov 13,2024Honestly you need to work on your checkout process. There are three main glitches in the checkout process: 1) When you click on the CART, the CHECKOUT button doesn't appear unless your mouse accidentally hovers over it. It's completely invisible; I found it by mistake while trying to find where to click. 2) The customer needs to set up an account prior to checkout, but this isn't prompted early in the checkout process. Annoying as you have to go back through it. 3) There's a glitch in the cart itself when trying to change the quantity of items in your cart, like from 1 to 2. It doesn't auto update the total.
