Oct 22,2024I usually order 2 cases of 8x10 Slide Seal Bags, 2 mil. But they were out of stock on them, when I ordered, with no exact date of them being in stock again? So Action Bags offered to send me 2 cases of 9 x 12 Slide Seal Bags in place of the 8x10's, at the same price. Of course I accepted. That is good old fashioned Customer Service at it's best. The way business used to be done years ago!

The first year I was dragged around for months . In stock in July, then August, then September etc etc. now I check back every 6 mos and nope they’re never in stock. Once I even got an email that said they’re in stock - and they weren’t.
