The friendliness of the emails dealing with my problem and for sending me the return code which I needed and just a general feeling as though it was no bother to them. It was just a lovely experience compared to what you usually receive. Well done

I finally reviewed the product I ordered. When I ordered it showed it was in stock. It didn't arrive when expected so I had to enquire why the delay. Then I was there was no stock in UK and would have to be sent from Denmark. It arrived much later than expected.

It’s not a terrible product, but it’s not great - given that it’s for your back, it’s not very ergonomic. Overall, it’ll do but I’m not entirely happy at all.

Today is the second day if wearing it,it is helping as by now ivwould be completely bent over to ease the pain and I am not.i will try not to wear it every day I don't think the Physio would approve.0

Unfortunately, the size ordered didn't suit me, but the quality is excellent; it definitely could support the back to keep it straight because of the type of fabric. However, I will be looking forward to my size. Also they respond to respond to mail quickly and return was easy.
