There was NO returns label or returns form in the parcel, so I printed and completed the on-line returns form and put it in the parcel which I returned to the return address . You took payment of £79.95 on 29 April. I have certificate of posting dated 04/05/2023 Please arrange refund. Thank you.

May 09,2023Won't be able to comment on the efficacy of the zipped posture vest for some time but customer service is second to none. Originally sent under the wrong postcode and "returned to sender " it was reissued and sent out to me immediately without quibble and received within 24 hours.
