The store design looks great and we have a user friendly listing tool which is perfect. The process was quick and simple and the account manager was extremely helpful. We would recommend this company to others wanting the same.

Oct 06,2017In March 2015 I set up a small group to offer information and mutual support for parents of children with special needs in the local area. After 2 years of seeing what a lifeline this group was to parents, I decided to make the next step towards setting us up as a charity. I was looking for a company to design a logo and website to give a really professional look, and approached Advansys as they were highly recommended. I was assigned an account manager who took me through the whole process and gave me guidance at every step along the way. I explained what my charity is all about and gave some little ideas for the logo and left them to it. I couldn't have been more thrilled with the logo design that came back to me, it was absolutely perfect and my team were very happy. The completed website also exceeded our expectations! Fast forward a few months and I amazed at the impact this has had. Our new image has resulted in so many more members joining our group and therefore receiving much needed support. We have all sorts of professionals now recommending our group, something I believe they feel safer doing due to our professional look. I would highly recommend Advansys! Thank you for changing our whole image!

Dec 17,2016Advansys designed & created a new brochure site for Roch Valley, which provides a modern online product catalogue for our trade customers and general dancers. The site has the capacity to be developed into an e-commerce site for trade, allowing for future development. Communication at the start of the project was well managed, with an opening meeting, followed by a detailed questionnaire. The questionnaire was extensive & took a considerable amount of our time to complete; however it clearly gave the team the insight into what we wanted. We were delighted with the initial concept design presented. Throughout the project our Account Manager has been available via e-mail & phone. Responses have been appropriate, speedy and often going above and beyond, particularly in the later stages, to help us through the process ready for go-live. We are very pleased with the overall design of the site, and have had the opportunity to give feedback throughout the project. The build went beyond the original deadline, due in part to delays from both parties at different stages. Luckily we were in a position where the live date could be extended. The Account Manager was very aware of this throughout and tried to ensure resources were available to ensure all snags were resolved swiftly. The change over from our old site went very smoothly. The final result is everything we had envisaged at the start of this journey: appealing visually, user friendly, an intuitive CMS and also technically sound site. Advansys have had a "can-do" attitude throughout, and have worked throughout the project to maintain momentum. Although there has been the odd compromise along the way, our overall experience with Advansys has been positive. We are confident we made the right decision in working with them on this project. Nov 28,2016Deciding on the path to building a new website is very daunting but Advansys have helped me every step of the way to produce a beautiful, well structured site with great content, imagery and video. Past experience with other companies has been poor, with lack of ideas to slow development but that was not the case with Advansys. From the moment I was assigned an account manager the communication was excellent right through to implementation. The design and build was exactly to my specification but with their creative help my ideas came to life. Like any project it takes time to get it right but the development was quick and consistent and they achieved the finished result in a good time scale with wonderful results. Sep 08,2016We have used Advansys's services to have our website completely redesigned. Our old site was out of date and performing poorly and in need a complete overhaul. We now have a website which is extremely user friendly, is current, fresh, and we hope will dramatically increase our sales. We have found the communication on Adavnsys's part to be of a really high standard. There was a clear plan for the development of our site, starting from the initial meeting, to the design on our website, account management and through to the go live stage. The process was never rushed but also extremeley efficient and we always kept up to date with developments. Advansys took the time to learn about our business and were therefore able to produce a website that fits our requirements. The fact that we had a dedicated account manager for our project really helped as any queries, questions and problems were dealt with quickly. Advansys understood our requirements perfectly and created a great design for both our eBay store and our product listings. The whole process was very straight forward and quick, and the team at Advansys were very friendly and helpful. Jul 07,2016AKW had a multi-audience problem. Distinct customer segments each with very varying requirements for information, service and online support. The existing AKW website couldn't handle this problem in an elegant way for the website visitor. As a business wishing to achieve growth in new markets the problem would only be compounded and a solution to this problem needed to be sought. AKW engaged Advansys and after an initial meeting it was abundantly clear Advansys understood what our requirements were and most importantly what the problem was. Additionally the project team understood the challenges on time and the need to have pace on the project. From project kick-off to go-live the project took 3 months including testing and content creation. Given the volume of work requiring to be complete and the huge amount of content requiring transition and development this was a great achievement. With daily interactions from the project manager and weekly progress calls any issues and new tasks were captured immediately and dealt with appropriately. AKW now has a website which allows visitors to 'personalise' their experience by self-identifying themselves and the website then delivers dynamic content based on that selection. With the additional ability to show and hide content dependent on choice the new website now allows for AKW's marketing department to create content unique to differing audience types.

Jan 28,2016We approached Advansys in October 2015 to re-design our rather outdated web site and were immediately impressed with their professionalism and in particular their experience within our sector. Once we had identified how we wanted to promote our business at the kick off meeting we were guided through the design and build phase in a controlled way. It was very much a collaborative process with new ideas and enhancements continually discussed, built and tested with our dedicated Advansys manager. Communication was excellent throughout. Jan 14,2016TVS Supply Chain Solutions (SCS) is an end-to-end supply chain service provider across a variety of market sectors, primarily trading in the B2B environment. During 2014, there was a business requirement to research and develop an e-commerce platform that would enable TVS SCS to ‘go to market’ in the B2C environment with a range of LDV Light Commercial Vehicle (LCV) parts. After extensive research, TVS SCS selected Advansys as the domain experts to help deliver and host a website that would allow end-users to directly purchase a range of parts and integrate with TVS SCS’s internal ERP system. This was a challenge not only for TVS SCS but Advansys also, as this was their first automotive business they had taken on. A project scoping meeting was jointly attended, in which TVS outlined our overall requirements and Advansys listened attentively giving us their advice and guidance for best practice in e-commerce trading. A detailed timing plan was provided with key milestones and gateways along the process (wireframes, creative designs, data-feeds, data integration, UAT testing etc.). Throughout the entire process, Advansys provided regular weekly project updates and, in between times, were always contactable as-and-when required. The project was managed professionally and throughout the entire process Advansys were always a pleasure to deal with. Advansys presented TVS with a selection of skeletal wireframe designs for us to critique and ultimately approve. Once these had been approved, Advansys’s creative designers then produced artwork(s) for the overall site ‘look-and-feel’, rotating banners and confidence banner/vignette designs. The goal was to create a site which was visually appealing, easy to navigate and ensure the end-user could find the desired part(s) with the minimum of ‘clicks’ - ultimately providing the customer with a great end-user experience. Due to business needs, TVS SCS set Advansys an extremely challenging 'deadline’ in which to deliver their e-commerce solution - which they successfully achieved. The entire end-to-end process taking circa 12 weeks. TVS are extremely pleased with the LDV Parts Direct e-commerce site. So much so, that since it’s launch in December 2014 a second ’skin’ has now been designed and launched in order to deliver an e-commerce solution for trading Land Rover parts to the general public. Dec 23,2015Advansys have produced a great website for Superfast Labels and provides a great visual presence of our business and key services, we can further build and edit pages ourselves in the user CMS panel when we add further services or products. From start to finish the communication and management of the build was outstanding with any questions answered quickly via the account manager and any problems quickly resolved. Our logo is not the easiest to work with but the design team have produced a great blend between logo and site appearance, the end result is more than we initially was expecting with the high quality images supplied from us. Unlike most people we didn't have a specific time frame for our project, this enabled us to get this project right first time without many amendments and leaving us time to collate good high end images to use that enables the site to show clients a visual insight to our business. Advansys built the site quickly at the stages of which we supplied the content and images. Final results..... fantastic. Jan 29,2015We chose Advansys to design and build a new desktop/tablet/mobile compatible solution to improve our online sales. We were given a few possible options each at different price points but decided to go for their latest "Razor" platform. It's taken around 4 months to complete and we've all been extremely pleased and impressed with the final result produced - it looks and performs well. It's still early days but we are confident the new solution will convert far more than our existing one and we know from Google we were losing out with traffic from smart devices. The design and development process was straightforward and we appointed one of our staff internally to be the point of contact which worked well. We were given lots of hand-holding as we had data spreadsheets to complete which required our time and input but the account manager at Advansys was always helpful and gave us any assistance we required. Apr 02,2014I tasked Advansys with redesigning my Babys-Mart website. I was looking for a company that could allow my business to grow, develop and provide a user-friendly CMS. I researched numerous providers and different platforms to get a shortlist. Following my meeting with Advansys to discuss my requirements I felt confident that the developers and designers could meet my expectations. Due to the re-sale guidelines some of the brands I deal with require I needed an agency that had the developer talent to do bespoke work for me. So an off the shelf e-commerce solution would never be suitable. After discussing both the Advansys platform and the Store Express solution it was agreed that I would choose Store Express and add some enhancements. These included an enhanced discounts module, a countdown timer, colour swatches, affiliate marketing and Amazon integration. After the project was signed off I was assigned an account manager who was excellent. Whenever I had any questions, she was able to promptly respond with good solutions and offer valuable input into the project. The project was huge with many items being built from scratch to my specifications, plus I took the opportunity to freshen up all my website content, plus assign separate content for affiliates, but once everything was complete I was very happy with the overall design and usability of the back end CMS. The most important thing for me was the performance, the e-commerce conversion rate of my new website has improved by over 180% from my previous website. This has given me an increased my turnover by 40% and reduced my adspend with Google and affiliates. Overall I am very happy with the project. So much so I have commissioned Advansys to rebuild one of my other websites which I'm expecting the same fantastic results.
