Apr 20,2024Es war nur möglich, aus der agriturismo Seite heraus den Hausbesitzer zu kontaktieren. Auf die Antwortmail konnte ich nicht direkt antworten, sondern musste wieder alles in die Maske eingeben und wieder aus der agriturismo Seite antworten. Sehr mühsam!

Apr 15,2024Italy and its counties is not known by forreigners. It would help is you would have a map of the different regions and not only the name, like Tuscany or Piedmonte. If I have aflight to Milan and looking for accommodatation in the area in the surroundings, the names does not tell me anything but a map would. The pictures on some of the farmhouses were almost missleading, but when I found the property on on other booking engine the pictures was better and more realistic.

Apr 15,2024The cancellation policy is very confusing. The property says you can cancel up to 14 days prior with no charge, and your website also says that before you book the reservation. Then after you book, it says something different. Please elaborate. Thank you.

Apr 12,2024Komunikácia s agriturismo výborná. Zarezervovali sme si pobyt, no o dva dni sme sa dozvedeli, že ten termín pre nás nie je vhodný. Požiadali sme ich o vrátenie zálohy. Hneď reagovali, boli milí a chápaví. Zálohu nám vrátili, za čo sme im vďační.

Apr 07,2024The helpful host was responsive to my questions. There was some challenge with the reservation system interface accepting our VISA or Mastercard, but we persevered and the friends joining us used their computer system, which finally led to a confirmation for our stay in Umbria.
