Authentic destinations, only this kind of places under one roof we were specifically searching for. User interface was though a bit old-fashioned: it forgot all the chosen filters all the time. Many destinations had better photos in i.e. Tripadvisor - could be good to have the photos updated here as well if possible. Also, my message to a particular service provided was openly spread among the network, which was a bit confusing, as i received ca. 13 different suggestions/offers as a surprise from different places. Maybe this could be a possible procedure, that customer leaves an enquiry and agriturismos give their suggestions according to customers’ plan?:)

+ The site is very well organized, provides enough information about the properties, and provides straight forward way for booking. + Site attendants are attentive and responsive, usually within hours. - There is no easy way to manage reservations, modify or cancel bookings on-line. All needs to be done through e-mail requests. - There is no indication of the price or deposit already charged. - The photos provided by some properties owners are outdated, at no fault of the Agriturismo. So if not sure, contact the owners.

The website was very informative about the property and easy to use when booking. We had some requests regarding the booking and so contacted the owners who replied within the hour and came up with helpful suggestions which was very encouraging. We had tried booking another property via a different website and we are still waiting for a reply. Payment was straightforward and confirmations from agriturismo and the owners were received within 30 mins. We are now looking forward to our holiday. Thanks to all involved.
