Feb 21,2021Thankyou very much to you and your team for re designing our new website and making sure everything was on point, we have always been with website companies who always just want the money but not the commitment, the quality across the board was amazing and you have a great set of staff who understand our needs, i never realised about secure websites before until i spoke to you and since going live we have had 5 enquiries already through the site without even pushing it. Andy and the team have been absolute fantastic, supporting our charity through a total rebrand and through our transition from a single issue organisation supporting older members of the community to a community anchor supporting people of all ages. Being able to communicate these changes to our clients, the community, our partners and funders has been crucial and the support that Ascensor continues to provide has been invaluable. As a small charity with a very limited budget, Ascensor have gone above and beyond. From providing us with a significant ongoing charity discount, ensuring every bit goes that extra mile, to providing large scale pro bono work packages for particular projects, as well as fundraising efforts from the whole team – we wouldn’t be where we are without them! As we don’t have technical web expertise within our small team, Ascensor have helped us to develop a fantastic new website and support us with all technical aspects that we can’t manage ourselves. No matter how large or small the problem or how last minute our request, the team are always on hand to swiftly resolve the query and pull pieces of work together. Dec 03,2020I can thoroughly recommend Ascensor. Like many business owners I realised that my previous website, purchased from an online provider, needed replacing. The team at Ascensor provided me a new site from their Air Websites range, which meant I had a wide choice of designs and future customisation options. Ascensor’s design and build process has a human touch. The process was professionally project managed at each step by Hannah Lunn, with expert personal guidance on site layout, page design and functionality. Andy Nichols was also excellent with his service delivery. Ascensor’s content management system means that I can add new content to the site in line with the continued growth of my copywriting and PR business, Wordsmith Copywriting Services. Dec 03,2020We recently moved from Webposse to Ascensor during a transition period. We had an employee app developed bespoke to our business. I have worked with Ascensor for a couple of months now and have received an excellent service. When ever we have any issues, we email their helpdesk and they respond almost immediately, the service level agreements are great! So far they have developed a couple of modules for us, and the plan is to develop more, the service and modules we have received have been outstanding! I honestly cannot recommend them enough! Andy Nicholls, has been a key player in the transition and set up of the new modules, he his very knowledgeable, works to spec and goes above and beyond what we would expect. If you're looking for an employee app to help to engage staff and improve your communication and engagement strategies then look no further! Thank you to Andy and his team for such an excellent service so far!

Andy, for example, has not only shown expertise with his support, but patience and understanding - helping a complete Wordpress novice tackle the most basic of steps with editing the site. Mine was built within a couple of weeks, they even provided the content for me for a very reasonable price. The team were very responsive at all times and I can't recommend them highly enough for small business websites.
