Feb 20,2024Used this company for some years now. They are very human and don’t do the “corporate” thing. This means that quoting, planning & fitting are done at speed, without bureaucracy and always with a named individual working on it. Basically they are a family firm with both the experience and size to get things right in a pleasant, pain free way from the customers point of view. They are also very available should any issues arise after installation or during the 10 year guarantee provided. That is rare in my experience.

Feb 09,2024I was very pleased with the service Albion Windows carried out , apart from being treated as a respected customer the Double Glazing installation went extremely well and was wholly satisfied with my new Windows , even more so when my Neighbours paid compliments as well . What I did like as well was there was no way they try to rip you off as other Contractors blatantly do , an all round pleasant and stress free experience carried out by a thoroughly professional company . I'd like to add that this is the first time I've used them and I'm not a friend or Family member so this isn't a fake review , I'd recommend them to one and all .

Feb 04,2024Would definitely recommend Albion to anyone thinking of getting their windows done. We found them a pleasure to work with, communication was always prompt, price was reasonable. We had to have scaffolding, which went up day before and was taken down day after job as promised. Really pleased with the finish of the job, went the extra mile to tidy paint work and fill gaps on the outside of property. To finish swept up and took all their rubbish away. Pleasure doing business with them, thanks for a good job well done.

Feb 01,2024The only reason why I did not give a five, is that there was a slight delay in the middle of installation. In all other respescts, Rob and Anthony (chaps who installed) were second to none. Communication from the company was good. End product was delightful.
