Dec 16,2023Albion Windows installed a rear door and window in my property. Great Company. Friendly and professional. I have no complains to make. On the contrary, I praise them for their efficiency and as already mentioned their professionalism.

Sep 14,2023We chose Albion windows to replace all our timber sash windows in 2016. The windows are beautiful and operate smoothly. In 2020 we had an issue with one window and this was fixed efficiently and was covered under the guarantee. Last night something seemed to be blocking the sash mechanism and I couldn't close our bathroom window. Albion sent someone today and it's already fixed! The engineer explained what he thinks has caused the fault (my user error - using the tilt opening function to bypass the security locks rather than go find the key). We love our Albion sash windows and I'm so thankful they were able to help us so quickly. Big thanks to Helen who helped over the phone, and to Dave who carried out the repairs!

Mar 17,2022Replaced all the windows and the French doors with Albion Windows. Locks/hinges are not covered in their 10 year guarantee certificate. The locks on the french doors failed completely after 5 years, was unable to open the doors at all which was a fire hazard! 10 year guarantee finished last year. The seal has gone in the bedroom window. Called to get a quote to get the seal sorted and was told no, they are too busy dealing with customers who have a guarantee ....mmm says a lot about the quality of the windows. I wouldn't recommend them, the pvc around the hinges and locks have all turned yellow.
