May 28,2022Ok so I'll start with the good thing. The customers service of this company is very well. They are really helped me with all of my needs. The Alidropship team built nice looking store for me and add good products (or at least according to them). So i appreciate it. Thank you. Now about the less good things: So firstly, sellvia products are very expansive considering that these products literally from AliExpress that cost much much much cheaper. Sellvia also add shipping cost so if you import any of their products to your store, you need also calculate the price of their shipping because eventually our stores is USA free shipping. For example, if sellvia sell some product for 10$ + 10$ shipping, Their final price will be 20 dollar so it's means that you need sell this product for at least 24 or 25$ this is your choice. People are not stupid. They know that they can find these products in AliExpress for much more cheaper price. Anyway, in my opinion, This service is very expansive for no reason. If you ask me, its definitely not worth the money. Its better to learn WordPress and build your store by yourself. Its not so hard and you will save a lot of money. I hope that my review will help you guys and girls to decide.

The plugins they provide are also relatively stable and have not caused conflicts on my sites so far. AliDropship is a great company, can provide a solid recommendation to use them :-)

Apr 28,2022Always wanted to venture into dropshipping business as a secondary income and possibly retirement plan. After a lot of researches, finally decided on AliDropship die to the ease of implementation as well as manageable cost. Still fumbling with the system after taking over my customised store for a month. Experienced some technical issues with my Google analytics. Wrote in to support and received a same day reply with a step by step guide to resolve my issue. Great Aftersales experience! Good job to the team!!!

Apr 16,2022Firstly, I approached AliDropShip for a dropshipping store and SEO starter pack believing them to be based in Irvine, California. This is a front, and most of their operatives are Russian and have Russian whatsapp numbers. Setting aside my feelings about that for a moment, they went on to build a nice dropshipping store for me using the Dalia template. This is unfortunately where the service ended for me. Having purchased the SEO starter pack, I had expected a professional SEO expert will recommend keywords, populate meta tags, descriptions, H1, alt tags etc, write a reader friendly blog containing the keywords, AND provide quality backlinks to external website (with DA > 40). FYI - Google ignores or even penalises a website for having lots of low DA backlinks - it's better to just disavow them! Ira / Irene (she seems to go by both names) was supposed to handle this for me, but instead, she copied and pasted some generic blog to my website, asked me to provide the keywords instead of recommending based on competitor analysis, provided the worst possible backlinks (70% were less than DA 30, many in Arabic). A large number of the backlinks were broken and needed fixing. Irene then argued with me that the service had been completed, and that my one revision was fixing the backlinks. Are you kidding me right now?? Frustrated and angry at the level of customer service, and incompetence of the operatives, I have now sought a chargeback through my bank and VISA. AliDropShip could have easily put this right, but Yaros was copied on all of my email complaints, and chose not to act. Shameful! Update 1: Yaros was quick to make contact after reading this review, and has offered a full refund which I appreciate. However, this store is more than a weekend hobby. It is a way for me to pursue my passion and give back to mother nature by donating 10% of our profits to animal welfare charities. Personally, I have volunteered regularly as an enrichment volunteer at 'no kill' dog shelters in Australia and NZ. My ultimate goal is to help these shelters to continue to save the lives of our four-legged friends daily! Update 2: Slightly unusual response, but Yaros refunded both my Sellvia subscription and my SEO costs, then stated it was an accident and invoiced me again for Sellvia. He has offered to personally resolve my SEO issues but I am yet to see any action.

Apr 11,2022Surprisingly immediate response with help for all the support tickets that I raised and speedy resolution of issues that I faced. The support personnel are really very helpful. I love that Alidropship doesn't let robots attend to me when I need help. I'm using the Alidropship Premium Dropshipping Store and hosted on Alidropship. Alidropship team did an excellent job of setting up the online store. The store was up and running as soon as I purchased it. It would have take several weeks if not for using the Premium Store. The Alidropship plugins work beautifully.

Mar 16,2022I'm a US resident of Washington DC area. I needed to start an online store. I wandered thru several 100s of Youtube videos in over two years. Tried many options. Each time I failed; 1. I did not own the store (the website did). 2. I had to write, 3. make design, 4. edit photos, 5. create videos, 6. add sellers & shipping to my store Admin, 7. payment gateway & currencies, 8. reviews, 9. social media . . . policy, t&cs, it is a 300+ tasks to complete, and then update each day, plus correct website errors. Order delivery time was mostly 30 to 75 days. THEN I FOUND "AliDropship.com". . . BIG BANG BINGOOOOO! I purchased a "Premium Replica Store", Hosting, Installation, and Social Media Marketing packages. It has everything already done for me. I only used Alidropship & Youtube tutorials later (mostly videos) to learn how to Admin Operate my "wordpress.org" website. I already had my domain name registered during continuous efforts of past two years. Larisa is my exclusive manager "Alidropship" assigned to me. She and all her Alidropship team members helped me to just "get successful". No charges for these services, (total purchase cost was $700 & monthly $39 for US warehouse stock membership, and that's it) AND I 100% own the website. AND "ALIDROPSHIP" DELIVERS MY CUSTOMERS' ORDERS IN USA WITHING 3 TO 5 DAYS. I did purchase some AddOns later. But most of the tasks were already available in wordpress.ORG Admin area. (clarification: IT IS NOT wordpress.COM. That's why I 100% own my online store website @WORDPRESS.ORG). My store is awesome professional without knowing how "I DID IT?" Just kidding . . . obviously, the Alidropship manager and her team did everything for me : ) and the team still helps each day, because Alidropship Support is Free & Forever! I am so grateful for becoming owner of a professional online store "autonationone.com" and I am so happy to share this Success Review with all my American fellows. Have a great day everyone!
