The setup process was very well managed, like a proper IT project, and I got routine updates on the team's progress as needed. Once the site was ready (after about 14 business days), with all my input and specs included too, I was thrilled. I have just begun to ramp up marketing. AliDropship can also help with that too. Jul 04,2020Part 1) Purchased the plugin about 1 week ago - The "Import directly from Aliexpress" feature it is not working (just the extra one where you can only import from their selection of products) - emailed support & reached out via FB, twice, still no answer regarding my issue - They are never available on the live chat (when they are not in office I can see the chat but can only email them and when they are in office they are unavailable due to large number of requests) - Far from the #1 solution Part 2) They eventually replied and told me they have fixed the issue - In reality, the problem is still there - tool is not working but they have ruined my website. Asked for a refund, I don't think I will get one - if you look closely to the Facebook reviews, many are fake accounts. Will report this "business" everywhere. Avoid if you don't need trouble ;)

Jul 03,2020Puedo decir, que la experiencia fue relativamente buena, no hubo ningún problema en el manejo, mi Agente @Rasul fue muy cordial y en todas mis preguntas respondió. No tuve ningún problema con el, la tienda fue totalmente creada y funciona, algunas cositas, como todo que debo yo editar pero ya seria porque obviamente ellos no piensa como yo, y estoy editando unas cosas, pero lo que dijeron es verdad. te damos una tienda lista para funcionar. Ya lo demas nos toca a nosotros como dueños de la empresa que ellos te ayudaron a crear, ahi cosas que a ellos se le sale de las manos, porque no dan soporte a esas empresas, pero te guían para que tengas un 99% de éxito. Yo por lo personal estoy muy satisfecho con el trabajo de Rasul y sus personal de trabajo. Si estas leyendo esto, y quieres empezar tu negocio online, pide que tu AGENTE sea RASUL. con AliDrospship.
