Jan 13,2021I needed to work from home due to COVID-19 restrictions so needed a desk and chair. My preference is second hand furniture but in Lockdown I didn't think I would find a source but Allard Office Furniture has a selection of pre-loved as well as new stock. Excellent service. Very happy with my chair, desk and filing cabinet. Supporting a local family run business too. Highly recommend.

A really good deal on an office desk and chair, with fast, friendly and efficient service, Emma is extremely knowledgable which really helped us to decide what we needed. The man who delivered the desk took great care and it was assembled in no time. Thanks to all and we would highly recommend Allard Office Furniture.

Jan 11,2020I had been looking to buy some proper home office furniture for months, however I couldn't find anyone who would deal with me as a member of the public. Then I came across Allard. Over a period of 6 months I visited their showrooms near Colchester and bought a chair followed by a desk. In both cases my orders were dealt with promptly and courteously. Although there was a minor manufacturing fault with the desk, this was very quickly rectified. From the point of ordering to delivery and installation I always felt like a truly valued customer, even though I was only ordering a fraction of what their regular business customers would. Fantastic value for money with great customer service and follow up :)

Jan 11,2020Really pleased. Ordered two metail storage cupboards on Sunday, delivered on Thursday. The price was good and the units look really terrific. Delivery was free (to Middlesex), fairly timely (they arrived on Thursday morning), and the delivery people were friendly and helpful.

Dec 06,2019I needed a new home/office chair- looked locally & was pleased with what was on offer on their web site. Visited their showroom and was spoilt for choice for a new or used chair in my price range. Very helpful in showing me & explaining in detail the different chairs available. I finally choose a suitable new chair , which was delivered in about 7 days (as its made to order). I will definitely use them again & would not hesitate in recommending them to anyone in need of good quality & reasonably priced office furniture.

Apr 04,2019I purchased an apparently "used and refurbished" Herman Miller chair from Allard. I say apparently because the chair turned up in pristine condition: the only way I knew it had been used was because Allard listed it as such. The chair was delivered next working day and was packaged VERY securely with multiple layers of protective material. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Allard Office Furniture, and will definitely be purchasing from them again.

From new furniture to second hand items that helped keep the budget realistic, a wonderful specialist piece (scaffold table with wooden plank top) and helped with the move and disposing of unwanted furniture to boot. At every step I've found them to be professional to deal with, very reliable and willing to help in whatever way they can - but most of all really nice people. Thanks again Allard - see next time :)
