Jun 21,2023Ordered in April for an event in May, but we still haven't received the order. The initial delivery to the venue failed, so a new address was given. Chased, chased, chased and then it was confirmed the order would be sent the morning of the event. It never showed. As it was a custom-branded product, we agreed to still receive the order - only to find yesterday, after a month of further chasing, that Allbranded had decided to send the package to the initial venue address on the 18th of May (the day after the event). This is after a month of 'let me get back to you' when asking where the package was. Unsurprisingly, one month after receiving a parcel they'd had no communication about, the venue are unable to locate the package.
