Mar 23,2025I had a few transaction fees charged by STRATUS related to my purchase in February which need clarification. Initially I emailed to Sean Medrano and he forwards my request to Hanny for assistance. Hanny calls STRATUS and made a teleconference at a time convenient for me. All transaction charges are clearly explained. Towards the end of our call, Hanny helped me find out that Allegiance has already delivered my order within 17 days from day of purchase, despite the contract mentions that worst-case can take up to 30-45 days. Once again Hanny reminds me of her contact number and she will be my first line of contact from now on.

I can’t tell you how happy I have been with the professionalism of this man and this company. I told him what I needed and what I wanted to do with my fund that I had available to invest. Mr Kay broke it down point for point, dollar for dollar. Allegiance Gold did not force me into anything, fact, they told me to shop around for my gold and silver. I did just that. What I really appreciated was his genuine interest in finding the best fit for me. He did not try and sell the products, but instead took the time to work through what I was thinking and my goals with the investments. At no point did I feel pressured to buy anything. Dillon wanted to make sure this was a symbiotic relationship and completely transparent. I would absolutely recommend Allegiance, and Dillon O’Doherty, again.

I must say that working with Sean to help me roll my accounts (relatively small accounts too) over to a precious metals IRA has been a truly great experience. This is what I call customer service!! I really appreciated that he actually took the time to provide me with a thorough background on metals and their movements, educate me on the overall process, address all of my questions, and ensure that I was informed and comfortable the whole way through. Feb 22,2025I started looking into the possibility of a Gold IRA as a way of diversifying my portfolio. Sean at Allegiance was my first communication into the possibility of purchasing a Gold IRA. I was very skeptical as Allegiance, although strong in consumer ratings, wasn't listed amongst the "Top Gold IRA" Companies. They didn't have big name celebrity endorsements nor offer " free" silver. What I learned over a 5 month period is that those paid endorsements and "freebies" are ultimately paid by the client. If you are looking for honesty and transparency, don't fool yourself by the gimmicks like I almost did, call Sean at Allegiance, you'll be glad that you did. I know that I am!
