Jul 14,2022Absolutely brilliant both service and Gazebo, we bought the 3mx3m does exactly what we wanted it for to give us an shade from the sun. Only downside we ordered it in blue and the sun has faded it's colour but no problem still keeps us in the shade and rain off.😎

Jul 14,2022After spending hours researching gazebos I settles on All Seasons Gazebos and have not been disappointed. I ordered a 3x3 gazebo with canopy the sides (in grey) during lockdown 2020. The delivery was on time. Items were packaged very well. I did get two canopy's rather than one canopy and sides however, customer service was fantastic, very helpful and arranged for a return collection and delivery of the correct items. All sorted within a few days. I have had the gazebo two years now and it is of a very high standard. It's been out up and down several times. Very easy to put up, needs two people really but can be done by one if you do it a bit at a time. It came with an excellent carry case with wheels which is brilliant as it it pretty heavy! This was great to wheel it around to the garage for winter storage. So pleased I ordered another canopy on cream! Highly recommended and we'll worth the money.

Jul 14,2022Would have been a 5 star rating had the elastic not come off when we assembled it after winter,great design and easy to erect. My only moan is the elastic from the top of the sides to the frame.

Jun 22,2022I previously bought a superior gazebo from Allseasons which arrived incredibly quickly and was very easy to put up on my own. I decided I didn't like the colour I had chosen so this weekend I ordered a replacement canopy and walls. They arrived first thing on Tuesday. I can't recommend Allseasons highly enough, they are just excellent.

Jun 06,2022The team on the phone when we started making our initial enquiries were brilliant and gave us all the information we asked for and reassured us that this was the gazebo we wanted in our garden for the odd occasion we need a bit of protection for elderly grandparents. To ensure longevity we bought the middle tier product as we are not at the extreme level of needing the same requirements as a market stand holder for what we use it for. Unfortunately when we received the product the zip on the bag it comes in was busy open but these things happen so carried on to trial the gazebo in the garden for a little family get together we were having. Within 20 minutes in winds not exceeding 10mph the side panels broke, zips pulled along with the stitching for these areas and were no longer waterproof. The Velcro around the top where the sides fix to were weak and easily marked as they were marked on the underside when they arrived and the window was not set straight. After contacting them to say I was within a few days of delivery and I wasn’t happy I was told they don’t do refunds but offered new canopies. At this point I had lost confidence with the product and with the bag easily broken and a guide rope missing I had decided that the brand was not going to work for our simple needs for a British summer. I ended up being in a lengthy email back and forth and needed to state my statutory rights before finally a change of tune. E have got a £30 gazebo which does the job we had hoped and yes it does take 10 minutes to put up and not as easy as these looked but for the reassurance that it will cope with light winds it’s well worth the extra time.

May 20,2022We purchased a gazebo and were impressed with the quality of both the frame and the fabric. We had however a minor problem in that one of the pop out pins to hold the frame up was missing. I called the company to ask if they could provide the missing pin. They advised that unfortunately they don't stock these, but they could provide a complete leg of the frame to replace the missing pin. The replacement leg was received in less than 24 hours, which resolved the problem I had. I can only recommend both the product and the quality of the after sales service.

Feb 12,2022We’ve had our All Seasons gazebo since last Spring and it’s been up ever since, through rain, snow, and lately the storms blowing through with gale force winds. We didn’t even weight it down with the sand bags provided (just secured it with screws to our deck and a few unobtrusive ropes attached to the corner poles and our fence). Previous gazebos have barely lasted one summer season without being blown down or breaking. We initially had thought of buying a bespoke wooden gazebo at a price of over £1000. But now no need! I cannot recommend this gazebo highly enough!

The customer service was amazing, i think i ended up speaking to everyone in the office as i was going back and forth deciding on colour and size but they were so patient and helpful. My gazebo looks amazing in my garden, i have recommended to all friends and family. Thanks again girls, you're all amazing

Jan 11,2022I absolutely love it! I have a concrete garden and with plenty of sandbags, it's really secure. Once we'd mastered it, we can get it up and down in no time - you can do it by yourself but it's a bit awkward so easier with 2. I put a pendant heater in mine and wrap twinkly lights around the frame and its dry, cosy and really quite magical! My friends are disappointed when I invite them in the house! Be careful with the window panels as they can tear quite easily but gorilla clear tape fixed it. I love it! When I first ordered it, the side panels were the wrong size for the frame, but the customer service was amazing and they arranged collection and redelivery the following day. I'd recommend the product and the company to anyone who'd listen!!

Jul 14,2022We purchased our all seasons gazebo during lockdown when we could only visit friends and family outside/in gardens. Our gazebo stayed up outside all winter until visits were allowed indoors again. The gazebo stood up to whatever the winter weather threw at it and remained waterproof, intact and still looks like new. The gazebo is the best we’ve ever bought - the frame is sturdy and well made as is the cover. Love the fact that replacement covers (without frame) can be purchased separately. A more expensive cost that other gazebos we have purchased but WELL worth the extra. Would I recommend? A very definite YES
