I stupidly ordered the wrong colour roof with my gazebo package but Melissa from customer services very kindly sorted it for me to exchange it. Then even when the parcel company I used lost it for several weeks Melissa sorted it for me. Fantastic service and can’t fault them or their product.

Sep 15,2022July 2022 I bought two gazebos from all seasons gazebos I bought it through the rain she was selling on the behalf of them through their portal a problem developed with the 3.3 m gazebo which was the first one I bought which I bought in July the 20th this year less than 3 months up till now I then contacted the range and let them know there was a problem with the gazebo they say that the six months warranty under gazebo so I called them and told them that there's a problem with the zip the double zip panel one of the site zip sides is giving trouble and it won't close and it's open which lets in what I don't want because it keeps are creepy crawlies having that's type of tent which is part of the reason why I bought it cos I can't stand spiders and things like that because it just freaks me out so having the zip size is a + develops of issue it was a little stiff and now it's giving way and it don't work no more and also whenever it rained and it's natural featuring because they do sell it as fully waterproof so so I noticed that there was a lot of rain on the roof on the inside which is not supposed to happen because it's supposed to be fully waterproof a lot of rain came down on top of my head internally so I was surprised I got someone else to come and have a look and show them and they saw all the rain coming down so I thought this can't be right because I have what you call a regular pop up gazebo which is fully waterproof if and no rain comes on the inside when it rains so I upgraded to this version because I heard it was heavy duty and remember it's called all seasons gazebo so if it rains it's supposed to ring because it rains it on the Earth and if it rains on a waterproof gazebo it's the poster not be wet on the inside for any reason whatsoever so it seems they might be not getting the fabric context absolutely correct because it shouldn't be wet for no reason what's on ever regardless. I called the range and make the complaint for the first complaint about the canopy leaking water the range said that they would email then it was a few weeks ago and I've had no reply from all seasons gazebos I now 3 weeks later have called back the range and settle them I've heard nothing and visit another problem developing I know it's at the time when I refer to ported the roof on the 3.3 m gazebo and mentioned at the same times at the side walls were wet when it rained they then the range advised me to call all seasons gazebos which I did yesterday and said it would be easier if I contacted them I did so I spoke to somebody by the name of Melissa that works inside all seasons gazebos she told me in a nice gentle voice to begin with that she would sort out my problem it will be sorted out that if I could send her some photographs off my problem she look at them and she can get this sorted out for me to my surprise and my shock she sent me an email back saying she spoke to a member of staff and showed them the pictures and they said that the gazebo is condensating know whose fault is that they told me something that's supposed to be fully waterproof I have a mother like I said which is also waterproof but not from them and none of this happens so how how comes if there's waterproof it's condensating in the first place they should let customers know that this is what happened but it's not advertised which is breach of them selling she then told me in an email at the same time that she's going to void my what she said shehas made my warranty void for a tent that I just bought less than 3 months because she said I'm using it as a permanent structure I was wondering if common sense flew out the window at this point I've just bought it to use it for the summer was I supposed to take it down every day so that the rain doesn't get on it so that I don't notice that is pulling force is this what she's actually done to me a permanent structure would be I've kept it up all year round I've kept it up past the 6-months and the fault developed I've not had it even 3 months and there's problems with both of them that I bought and she doesn't want to deal with it and is trying to fob me off so now I'm going back to the range because they're the ones I bought it from and I'm now probably going to want my money back I paid nearly £500 between the truth then the first one I paid £289 and the second one I pay £239 which was on their website because I bought through the range for the first one hence the second one is only 2.5 so it would have to be cheaper to be honest I think that is Ludacris these people in all seasons gazebos telling me the things that they're telling me namely Melissa she says manager is on lead and she spoke to a member of staff and the member of staff is not professional they're not trying to know about all these gazebos and what they can't do they are telling me how I'm keeping it as a permanent structure how, I've just had it up not even 3 months how can that be permanent smh avoid avoid them at all costs

Sep 14,2022Purchased a 2mx3m pop up gazebo for the hot summer. It arrived promptly and erected in no time. Superbly designed and built, however we had an issue with one of the corner posts. Phoned ASG and was greeted by a young and friendly lady called Melisa. Sent her photos of the problem via e-mail and she agreed to send a replacement. It duly arrived the following morning. I cannot recommend their services more highly and anyone out there thinking of buying a gazebo look no further than ASG . Melisa and the whole team are brilliant. Sep 04,2022Really poor customer service, Gazebo canopy ripped after about 16 months and after chasing numerous times was told it was out of warranty and they were not prepared to do anything on a replacement, even offer a discounted one. Buy elsewhere and save your money

Aug 25,2022Bought a 2m x 2m Gazebo form this company last year and was so impressed with it that I have just added a Superior Side Panel Set. The delivery times were as stated (next day), the quality excellent and the staff who answered my queries relating to the product were brilliant. Highly recommended.

Jul 23,2022As I've only ever had 3 Gazebos, the all seasons 1 is by far the strongest of the 3 and the best, by the way its constructed and the superior assortment of add ons that can be bought separately. And a vast amount of different colours, I cant fault it. Highly recommended.

Jul 15,2022I bought a 3m x 2m All Seasons Pop Up Gazebo in Cream. Bought 18 months ago during lockdown so it could turn our decking into a weather protected outdoor space and we could support family/friends otherwise isolated. Gazebo is impressively strong, surviving wind rain and some snow. Only time I had to take the canopy off was for expected high winds. Colour has remained fresh and cleaned easily. Frame is rock solid with no rust, and the extra spars in the frame make it super rigid and with somewhere to hang lights. So far very durable. I already had 2 other smaller pop up gazebos, the type with only an outer frame, and both were getting a bit rickety (buy cheap, buy often). The All Seasons is in a totally different league for greater strength and sturdiness. Putting up was really easy as with any pop-up. The guy ropes probably took longer than the the frame and canopy. Packs down into a good carry bag quite easily. I have to say I am thoroughly pleased with the product and the service communication was spot on for delivery.

Jul 15,2022My replacement canopy arrived the next day, we were also given a time slot.The canopy is heavy weight compared to our original which crumpled after a couple of years. I am seventy one years old and managed to fit the canopy myself in ten minuets and its a good tight fit on our pop up frame. Very pleased.

Jul 14,2022I have had my gazebo for about four years. I keep it up all summer and it enables me to enjoy the garden throughout. The roof ripped last year when it was unexpectedly very windy and the gazebo was in an exposed place, so I bought a replacement roof and it was then as good as new. I'm considering buying an additional gazebo as I am having a party in August and it will be extra shelter in the garden whatever the weather

Jul 14,2022Well impressed with the customer service.I had to phone up when I took delivery of my gazebo as there was a small hole near the top of roof .......the next day I received a replacement cover How fast was that !!!!!.So pleased I went with All Seasons to purchase gazebo.My next purchase shortly will be the sides for it.

Jul 14,2022i bought my gazeebo back in 2019 its been outside since the frame is still like new the sides have gone but aa i said been outside in all weathers just replaced the gazeebo roof as that ripped but after 3 years being battered by the elements ive been so impressed with this gazeebo that i would reccomend these to anyone

Oct 21,2022Premium quality, heavy duty gazebo broke within a couple of hours of being erected. Upon contacting customer services I was told that gazebos shouldn’t be left unattended and that in doing so it voided the warranty. I wasn’t aware when purchasing such an expensive product that I would also require a babysitter for it too. Seems they’ll try anything to wriggle out of providing a replacement if things go wrong.
