Feb 28,2020Beware of 'All you can books'! They sign you up for a free trial but do not send you an email reminding you when it is ending, so if you don't closely monitor your bank account, you may pay them in error and they do not give you a refund. All the books that I tried, which were mostly quintessentially British, were read in an American accent which totally destroyed the atmosphere.

Jan 14,2020I signed up for the service to find a book for my daughter whilst on a long journey but couldn't find anything appropriate. Some months later, I noticed I had been debited around £17 per month for the service. I contacted All You Can Books who flatly refused to refund my money as they said that I had not cancelled my subscription. I explained that the amount they had taken was over 43% more than their terms implied and that they should have sent a reminder when the free trial was over. They said they don't have to and still refused to refund my money. They are now ignoring my emails. Please do not sign up and give your bank details to them, just look at all of the reviews on the company (except on their website which, surprisingly are wonderful - aka made up)! This company is run by con artists, they are getting away with taking people's money for not even using the service. Do not use them!
